I have been a patient at Mary Rigal & Associates for many years now. I have problem feet so I visit the Tolworth practice every month - my feet tell me when it's time to visit! I usually see Mary but I've been treated by Sheila too and have always been happy. Apart from the treatment itself, I've always been given excellent advice. The team is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. My feet are always very grateful after I've taken them for a visit! From the receptionists to the podiatrists, it's a very friendly practice. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

A few months ago I went to see Mary as I believed I had a Morton's Neuroma (an extremely painful complaint usually fixed by surgery). Mary confirmed that I did, but it was in the early stages of forming and that I could try one of her little gizmos to subdue the pain and perhaps making surgery unnecessary. Thanks to Mary Rigal I have been able to carry on with my favourite pastime, walking! It looks as though surgery won't be necessary after all. read more

I have just had a second visit from one of Mary Rigals associates I phone yesterday to complain about the treatment I received last week asking specifically to speak to Mary Rigal and was assured that was the person I was talking to but now believe it was not as the girl who came said she had a text asking her to call here in know way did I want her to come apart from the bad treatment they don't appear to adhere to the infection control as everything was put on the floor I complained and said I have a dog and it was totally unhygienic to use the floor without any covering on it. I am disgusted at such treatment and wouldn't advise anyone else to request a home visit or indeed go to the surgery. I would have given this practice NO STARS but it seems there is no option for this read more

I've been waiting for ages for inserts and keep being told they're available and when I go to the shop it is closed all the times I go - even when I've been emailed to say it's open, they are not. My feet are killing me and I've had to go elsewhere for treatment. It's like they truly just don't care. To succeed in business you have to be not only good at what you do - but also be good at running a business too. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Mary R.
"In 1988 I qualified with a diploma from the London foot hospital, before spending a further 18 months in 2005 converting my diploma into a degree at St. Margaret's Universilty. I first worked for the NHS in the Surbiton and Chessington areas. In 1991 I set up my private practice, and watched it grow with the help of my associates. I thoroughly enjoy all areas of my practice, but find working with patients with dementia most rewarding."

I visited this practice very many times over a number of years until I moved from the area and I always had excellent treatment from Mary herself, from Sheila and others. Not only was the treatment first class, Mary always made an effort to fit me in, sometimes at short notice. read more
