As Executor it is her responsibility to stay in touch with the Heirs. She has utterly neglected this duty for 10 of 11 years causing me to lose 3 funerals as other Heirs died over the last decade. As my legal representation John Ransmeier has blockaded me from interacting with my Aunt Mary the Executor. He does not pass my communications to her and refuses a three-way video or conference call with Mary Mr Ransmeier and myself. Mr Ransmeier has had my uptodate contact information for the last decade. And he has sat idly by as Mary Caldwell the Executor first filed a missing person report on me. Then later had me memorialized on Facebook. At any time Mary Caldwell the Executor could have asked Mr Attorney John Ransmeier for my contact info, which is actually her duty and responsibility---to Stay In Communication With the Heirs. In May of 2024 John Ransmeier promised me an interest payment on the 11 year inheritance of $39,000. Then has refused all contact with me since. i have taken the liberty of filing a Formal Complaint with the NH Bar Association, but, at first pass search, John C Ransmeier of Concord NH is no longer a member of the NH Bar. I assume because he is deceased. More recently I was able to reclaim my Facebook from the land of the Deceased and Memorialized. I contacted RansSpell Attorneys at Law on their Facebook with a video intro explaining I am the firstborn Heir. John C Ransmeier and Mary Sylvia Caldwell (Executor) have failed to give me the September Accounting from Probate Court and requested a three-way video or conference call with Mary Caldwell and John Ransmeier to settle all disputes. Instead of arrange this for me, a reasonable request, they blocked me on their Facebook and absconded with my father Matthew Caldwell's Estate and inheritance currently holding $350,000 dollars at Merrimack County Savings Bank. This case has involved Identity Theft of my person by my Aunt Mary the Executor and should have been turned over to Law Enforcement a long time ago. Specifically, The FBI Identity Theft and Financial Crimes Division, Chelsea, Mass.

Though he was limited by my budget, I would imagine that under a hefty budget that he could do some great things in a court room. He even went the extra mile as to send me important documents AFTER my hearings were over, at no charge. As for the firm - no funny business. My remaining retainer was refunded at the end and assessed properly. These people work hard. 5/5 stars.
