Getting through the telephone Gate Keeper is difficult enough but to then be lectured to by MS, belittled and reminded of all of the things I can no longer do well was a humiliating experience for me. And the inability/unwillingness to actually learn about my new relationship with my illness and with technology was stark. Almost as bad as it was with my former employer. The sad fact is that hiring an attorney ain't like hiring a mechanic. If your mechanic gives you back your vehicle and it's not running correctly your mechanic takes another crack at it.
