It was a bit of a wait, customer service was good. However I wasn't too happy today. Ordered drive-thru. After paying, they asked me to pull up into the parking lot because they're waiting on few other items I ordered, which is fine. I requested for ketchup, ranch and hot sauce before I pulled up. When they brought the food out to my car, I asked if ketchup, ranch and hot sauce was in there and she said yes. After so many times coming home with incorrect orders or missing items in the past (at other places), I have learned to check my orders and drinks before I leave the restaurant. Of course they forgot my hot sauce and ranch. Honestly I was not happy at all, because I need my sauce! I'm a dippin type of girl, I need that extra kick to my food. So I had to go back and ask for it.....again. Food was good though! I ordered the 4 pieces dark special (comes with a drink, roll and side item), corn nuggets and fried green tomatoes. My friend got a bucket of chicken to go. Brought it home and we were all ready to eat, but found the chicken had apparently been cooked from frozen! The outside was crusty, but when you peeled the crust back, it revealed raw, pink meat; there was a raw chicken heart attached to a piece. I just left and ordered the fish and chips which came with fish and fries, I could not believe my eyes when I opened the plate and saw that my fries were the size of a kids meal fries two very small pieces of fish for $ 9 and some change. Ever time I ordered the buffalo strip dinner double tots as my side with a drink I've never ever been asked do I want a 5 or 10 piece. I sent my daughter to go order for me and they asked her that and then on top of that with ordering this same meal for as long as I have I've never been charged 22 dollars for it. I don't know if y'all have new management or something but I've only ever paid 15-17 for this exact meal. 22 dollars is nothing but to ask my daughter 5 or 10 she says 10 then to open the plate and the tenders all broke up and lil barely sauced. Delayed post: My first time here a few months back was lackluster. My fried chicken wings lacked seasoning and one was fried extra hard. Looking at the reviews, seems I'm not the only one whose chicken was missing the seasoning. I will not be returning...at least for a while. read more

Stopped at Dublin Ga location. I was sold taunted chicken, brown soggy old fries and burned bread. when I requested a refund, the worker who was a white female was confident in her nasty behavior in telling me and two other people who were trying to return bad food she was not giving us a refund. She did not offer us another ordered of freshly cooked items. Instead she called the local Dublin City police. 4/5 white officer were sent. they made no attempt to assist us in any manner. this woman had not been threatened or anything. all the other dissatisfied customers were told we were trespassing and needed to leave. I saw prejudice at its finest in Dublin Ga. I left without a replacement order and no refund. From how this was handled it was obvious this has been an ongoing occurrence. The food isn't good anymore and they tried to skimp you out on your order. I ordered a liver snack and they filled the box mostly with my side of fried okra and tater tots. The liver was so nasty it didn't not taste like it had been properly cleaned. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because they got my order wrong and gave me gizzards and was polite to swap it out. I didn't receive an attitude back. Once I got my liver and tasted it I was so disgusted I threw it away and went to Hip Hop chicken down the street. I won't be back. read more

Real bad. Menu is so confusing. What's the difference between a snack and a combo and a dinner? The menu doesn't say, so unless you're from here, you have to start your order by asking what is what. I got the Breast combo with tots. Chicken was so over cooked, breading was hard as a rock, meat was dry and crumbly. Needed three refills of dew to wash the one tiny tiny LITTLE breast down. And there was no ice, so soda was warm. Gross. Wife got shrimp dinner, slaw and mac and cheese. Slaw was more dressing than cabbage. Mac over cooked. Just more like cheese and slime. Breading on shrimp was so salty neither one of us could eat it. Had to pull the breading off. But at least once we got to the shrimp, that was good. I'll never go back. read more

Best chicken and fried tomatoes in town! Usually a line but totally worth the wait. Tomatoes are always hot and go great with their ranch dressing. Their sweet tea is perfect, sweetened just the way I like it. My daughter will stop sometimes just for tea. read more

The food was absolutely delicious and everyone in there were so nice. We met the owner Scott and he welcomed us, treated us like he had known us forever. Had to travel to Albany, GA today and had Maryland's Fried Chicken today about 1 pm in Albany, Ga, I am now back in Atlanta Ga now at 1:31 am and I can still taste it and smell it on my fingers. This is a great bird!!. I grew up with Maryland's as I grew up as a child and it was so great. The coleslaw was to die for!!! I then moved to Atlanta and left the Maryland's scene for a while until today, and it was amazing!!!!! I had the 2 pc. White meat with okra and string beans. The chicken has gotten smaller than I grew up with, but the taste is still awesome!!!! The string beans for $1.49 were in a container that you would usually get dip or dressing in, which was a turn off, but the chicken more than made up for it.
