I love my neighbors in your property. My daughter has a second family next door, a grandma, nicole a mom, a dad in tony and brother in their son. Sometimes I think she is living over there. I called an agent from this company and specifically asked him to see if we qualify for a USDA Rural Development Mortgage. He said he would run the numbers and get back to me the next day. I gave him till the end of the week, he never called back. So the following Wednesday I called him and he told me, 'YES!" we qualify for a conventional mortgage! I already knew that and I had not asked him to look into a conventional mortgage. I specifically contacted HIM because I was told that he is licensed in TN, AND that he does USDA Rural Development loans. We will be moving to TN. When I told him i wasn't looking for a conventional loan but that I had asked him about the USDA Rural Development loan when i first called him, he said he would have his boss run the numbers and call me back the next day. That was last Wednesday, today is Monday afternoon and he still hasn't called back. Now I've wasted a loan inquiry on my credit report. Now i have to go to another lender and get ANOTHER inquiry which will hurt my credit score. Don't ever go to this company! They have no idea what theyre doing! read more
