Mas Jullien makes some of the finest wine in the Languedoc. So good in fact that this year's releases were sold out in February immediately after their release. However, we were nevertheless welcomed warmly, allowed to taste the entire range and ask all of our questions about their vinification. Helpfully, we were also presented with a leaflet offering guidance as to the drinking windows of the older vintages.
