Upon disembarking, I accidentally left my camera in the overhead bin. We messaged them on their Facebook page, and received a response within a few hours. The next day, they notified us that they had the camera, and that they could send it up to Toulouse on another bus. They were very accommodating in allowing us to choose when we could pick up the camera. We met the bus at the station and all was well.

Overall a very nice tour of Lyon. The bus tour starts at the Place Bellecour, Lyon's largest plazas…read moreor town squares. The first bus is at 10am. One could either purchase the tickets from the bus driver or buy online the day before. I suggest getting tickets ahead as it speeds up the line. The tour wound 15 miles around Lyon. A tip is to get off at the Roman ruins or the Basilica of Notre Dame de Fourviere. Buses are between 40-60 minutes and so there is plent my of time to visit these two sites. There are also toilettes at the Basilica's nearby cafe and gift shop. There are only two more stops after the Basilica and then you're back at Place Bellecour. The bus was a better option than taking the funicular from Vieux Lyon or hiking up/down.

It was a great way to see these areas of the city and to climb the hill to the cathedral! Our only negative was to have to wait an hour so that we could continue on after the last stop to the first. At the last stop, also the first stop, at the Place Bellecour, there is an hour wait until the cycle/ trip begins again. A great way for us to get around and see the city with my 84 year old dad!
