They often have meetings for the HOA but then cancel them at the last minute or create a zoom meeting instead. Well as a real-estate agent representing the owner he should have known what type of business the owner didn't want! You can't just ask to run my credit and have a hard inquiry on my credit then tell me I don't want your kind of business; the agent knew what type of business I wanted to open and he should have known if it was ok with the owner or not! It was very unprofessional to run my credit before making sure that my proposed business was acceptable by the owner. With your action you lowered my credit score and caused me to run another un necessary inquiry for my future place of business because of the incompetence you demonstrated.
