My main symptom was severe stuffy nose. 2 months later instill could not get my nose un-stuffed. I went to my Dr and other Drs with no help, they all said, it is left over Covid it will clear when its ready. Told me to use Mucinex And Flonase. I returned a month later, told the same thing, I have to just let it run its course. I finally decided something had to be done! I found Dr. Orsini!! From the moment I left the office my whole life turned around. He took great concern I felt and started me on the road to healing. He told me it took along time to get this bad (6 mos) and it would take a while to heal. He was right, I do everything he tells me and I am so much better. I know I am not healed completely and understand it will still take a while longer. I can now breath out of my nose, I can blow it when its stuffed, like first thing in the morning, get it to clear and carry on with my day FINALLY!! In my opinion Dr Orsini is a blessing. I would tell anyone and everyone, need an ENT he is the man to see. His office staff is very professional and caring. They work with you to make sure you can get in and be seen. The lady I spoke to listened to my problem and went and talked to a nurse and got me into the office that day at 1:00. I went to the office and they took me back right away and Jennifer got all the info she needed and went and came back with Stephanie and they took great care of my problem and were very nice and caring and I left very happy, satisfied and grateful. I did not catch the name of the lady that got me in so early, but all three ladies saved me much pain and I highly recommend this practice. Thank you ladies.

I had two appointments with him before my surgery and he did a camera up my nose along with a CT scan of my sinuses. I had previously gotten surgery on my deviated septum in July of 2017 and wasn't exactly thrilled will the results of the procedure done at the Cleveland Clinic. After the procedure at the Cleveland Clinic I could still on breathe out of the right side of my nose, somewhat better just not ideal. The doctor I had at the Cleveland Clinic never did a ct scan on my sinuses or put the camera up my nose. He basically looked up my nose and was like you need surgery. Michael Gaugler is one of the best doctors and a great surgeon. Though I only had my procedure yesterday's it's clear there is a night and day difference between some doctors. He also cleaned out my sinuses behind my cheeks and eyes, which from his indication was not done during my previous procedure at the CC. I'm very pleased Thanks again Dr. Gaugler.

The doctor we saw was awesome,very friendly and asked question after question and explained to us what was actually going on with my ears. He also gave me an option. Which lets face it, not many doctors do these days. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes. It was super easy to schedule a follow up and the parking was superb. I'd highly recommend this place if you're in search of an ENT

Needless to say I made the appt, had allergy testing done (allergic to EVERYTHING), literally had a metal rod shoved up my nose and was told I had a partial deviated septum, here's some nose spray. I made a follow up appt as directed when I went to my appt I was I informed that I was not scheduled, although I showed my appt card and said I received reminder for appt! The "receptionist" was willing to squeeze me in, but the ignorant office Manager pulled her back to the patient files and literally yelled at her. I was not seen and never went back. There are better ENT's, do your research. This was Dr. Interval that I was dealing with both times.

It's never fun going to the doctor, but when you have staff that can put you at ease and joke…read morearound with you, it sure does make it easier. This particular office is located on the Forbes Regional Medical Center campus in Monroeville. With me never being there, I just went in an entrance and asked where to go. The lady at the information desk was very helpful and knew exactly where I needed to go. Within a few minutes, I was there. This office needs some serious updating though. The wallpaper was peeling and stained in different areas. The lobby area was small and cramped, easily would be uncomfortable in here if more than five people were in here at once. This, my friends, was the only downside here. Once I filled out the appropriate forms, I was on my way. The staff at the desk and the nurses that took care of me while I was here were very kind and professional. The doctor also was very knowledgeable and didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need. In fact, he wanted to give me a medication and once he saw I was hesitant, he decided that I could think about it and get back to him. All in all, I had an excellent experience here, and would gladly recommend it to anyone needing to see a specialist for their ENT needs.
