When she went to remove them in the evening, the hearing aid had fallen off and just the receiver was hanging in her ear. After countless calls we were told that they nor the manufacturers would do anything. When I talk to a manager and told her I would post the situation on social media, she threatened to do the same to our family business. She said she could FIND out our business name. When I posted on social media a random stranger kept bantering me and calling me a liar. I looked up the person on Facebook and they were an employee of Holly's hearing aids in a neighboring city. Not giving up I called the CEO of the manufacture and they said they would send a new one after hearing my story. Unfortunately they had to send it to Holly's. I was called and told I had to come with my mom to pick it up. When I told them it wouldn't be me because my sister handled my mom's appointments, they said it had to be me because I was my mom's power of attorney. Without ME they were REFUSING to give my mom the hearing aid. I called my attorney and he said this was false. In the meantime someone from Holly's called my mom to pick it up. My sister took her the day before they told me I had to be there, so their staff didn't realize their mistake. We own a business and we always stand behind our product and service. I thought this was a mom and pop local business, but it is not. Every aspect of my interaction with Hollys was unprofessional and appalling.
