Started job later than expected, after needing money upfront. Unfortunately we had a significant new leak in the house in addition to the old leak. Flashing not installed correctly and in some parts missing altogether. And! completely covered a functioning and still in use chimney. He was difficult to communicate with requiring several phone calls and texts. He finally came out and attempted to fix. Still leaked, even worse the before. Despite several respectful texts and phone calls, he never returned our calls and never fixed the original problem - or new leaks he created. Note, he was paid promptly and in full. Had to hire someone else since we were ghosted. Look at google reviews as well ....

The job consisted of wood repair under shingles, new roof shingles, new gutters, gutter guards included. There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed about the job and it took a while to complete the job but overall I'm satisfied with my new roof.
