When I questioned the price increase, I was told it was because he "had to make a living." Later, the explanation shifted to claiming I was being charged for a full bundle of shingles, even though I never received the bundle or any extra materials. In the end, I was charged $450 to install five shingles--most of which I provided myself. I found the communication unclear, the pricing excessive, and the justification for the added charges inconsistent. I hope this review encourages more transparency and fairness in the future.
