The leak was fixed by re-routing the mainline around a fir tree... In doing so they cut off water service to my zone #8, which they had no clue they disconnected that zone. I discovered this oversight this spring, 2019, and requested to have repairs made. Ron refused to reconnect my zone #8 without charging me $190 per hour for the cost of 2 men to do the work. I don't know about you, but if I made a mistake, I don't charge my customers to make the repairs. This is called "character"...and Ron seems to have lost his way, in his business growth. Sad.
