You would think that we owed her hundreds of $$$ that was months past due. We will be finding someone else to do our deliveries from now on. Waited 6 more days to get my delivery during regular hours and that did not happen. Finally had to give in and just say deliver it today! Had to threaten to call the police and report my material stolen before he committed. It finally was delivered to my home at 11:30PM after many, many lets say "colorful" phone conversations. No one who cares about their companies customer service would talk to or treat their customers the way Bruce Chadd did. Then he wanted more money than first quoted to top off the "poor performance" putting it mildly. Stay far, far away from Intercoastal Delivery Service. Apparently Im not the only one this has happened to.... see his other yelp reviews also. Don't expect he will be around much longer so be careful.

Absolutely the most friendly, effective, and helpful shipping store I've ever been to. I eloped…read morerecently on the Oregon coast and had a grand plan to ship my elopement flowers to an Etsy artist to create pressed floral art to commemorate the big wedding day. This required flowers to be packed and shipped quickly to maintain freshness. Of course these flowers are also sentimental and would not be able to be replaced so I called a lot of shipping stores to do my research on which one to go with. From my first call, the woman on the phone was so helpful and clearly invested in helping me pick the best shipping option- she advised me on the limitations of expedited shipping over the weekend and also gave good advice about not wasting my money on overnight shipping since ground shipping would still get my flowers to their destination within reasonable time at much less cost. When I actually showed up a week later, I worked with a different staff member, but he was clearly aware of my case already, gave me free packing paper to use in my project, and was so helpful in patiently giving me all my shipping options again and helping me tape up my box with Fragile and This Way Up stickers.
