He was able to come out the next morning and quickly identified the issue. He gave us two options to fix the problem and admitted the less expensive option would work just fine. He quickly dealt with the first issue and didn't mind when we asked if he could also change out a couple kitchen outlets so they met GFI standards. The next day the electrician, Tanner, came to our home garage to assess the cause for the loss of charging. Tanner was very courteous, professional, and efficient in determining the cause of our problem. As recommended and guided by Tanner, this included phone communication with the ChargePoint company, the manufacturer of our charger. On the phone, Tanner skillfully followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by the company's technical representative. This would have been a very confusing, tedious procedure if we had to do it ourselves! This troubleshooting process clearly resolved that the charger had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced by ChargePoint.
