Based on Yelp reviews we then called Devin from Flawless Masonry & Landscape who told us a circular driveway was absolutely doable! We were so impressed with Devin's design skills (including clear scaled digitized plans) and experience that we hired him on the spot. Plus Flawless's pricing was lower than other quotes we got. Icing on the cake. Then the pandemic hit so the job was delayed (NY orders), but Flawless came through after re-opening and did a superb job for us. The new driveway is both beautiful and functional, even our crabby neighbors like it! It was a big job but Flawless's skilled and friendly crew managed to finish in a week. Tiffany from the office was super responsive and polite throughout the project, keeping me in the loop at all times. Thank you Flawless for your integrity, talent and hard work!

They had a vision on transforming the backyard patio. The patio is gorgeous, and everything was done with great attention to detail. C&P is a family business with Mike as my focal. He was a pleasure to work with, always positive, flexible, and had many great suggestions. John, Felix, and Joe were great too. Overall, couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend C&P paving.

We're very disappointed in our experience with Moretti Landscaping and Masonry. We hired Frank in…read more2021 and he did an excellent job with our driveway, which has held up great for the last five years. We decided to hire him again in 2023 to do some landscaping around our house and masonry work on our front walkway and steps a year later. The landscaping job was subpar. His guys left large marks in our backyard lawn while doing a tree removal, which Frank was dismissive about. The marks are still there to this day. Within a year, the steps and joints were crumbling, so we asked that he come back to fix them. He did so in 2024, but his guys applied the wrong color stucco to our steps. He sent them back with the proper color, but they did a rushed job before the old stucco dried. I texted him pictures of the discolored steps expressing my frustration, and he told us to give it a few days. When I sent Frank pictures of the discolored steps a week later, he never got back to me claiming later that he knew we weren't happy with the job and, since we still owed him the difference for the work that he did, he didn't bother sending anyone back. We had a lot going on at the time, so we accepted the discolored steps, not knowing just how bad they would eventually get. When we reached back out this year showing him the state of the steps less than two years later (I've uploaded pictures), Frank said he would have to price us out to redo the steps all over again, even though this was the result of them being poorly done twice by Moretti within a four-year period. Not only that, the joints of our walkway are cracked and falling apart after Moretti redid them for a second time less than two years ago. Everyone who's seen our steps since we're shocked a business would leave a job like this, and for him to come back and want to charge us anew is just bad business. In the end, it felt like Frank didn't care much about a small job like ours and was more concerned about trying to hastily squeeze in time between big jobs than to do the job right. Lesson learned. We had heard only good things about this company and the work they did, so this has been really surprising and frustrating. Since Frank didn't respond to my last texts seeking a resolution, I felt compelled to post this review.

He came out first to meet with me and view the area we wanted to repave. He advised me on materials and where I might purchase them. He returned to measure the specific area and gave me an accurate count of how many pavers and how many thin stones to order. He predicted how long the project would take. The project came out beautifully. He and his team were very careful with the plants around the patio area that was repaved with porcelain pavers. We appreciated their care with our lawn and landscaping. They were clean and methodical in preparing the area to be repaved, paving it, and cleaning up afterwards. The outcome far exceeded my expectations - and that's a lot because I am a perfectionist. Lorenzo is an honest, highly skilled, and highly experienced mason and businessman. I recommend him to anyone. The fact that he consistently did as he said he would do (beginning with calling when he said he'd call, coming by when he said he would, and supplying a proposal when he said he would) set him apart from other potential masons I interviewed. His proposal was detailed, specific, and described exactly what he did. He also was reliable in following up with the paver provider and making sure the right materials had been ordered and starting when he said he would). Part of the beauty of the newly paved patio is the good feeling I have about Lorenzo's having done it. It is such a pleasure to work with such a professional and honest person. He absolutely knows his materials and the machines used to cut and apply it. I would trust him with any project involving masonry -- and probably beyond that scope were his business to take him there.
