I emailed for confirmation that morning to see if they had a more specific time but they could only confirm 12-5. We waited all afternoon..... no call, no email, no explanation, no representative. I have since emailed and still no response. I understand this is the busy season for that industry but communication is simple and respectful. Sad this company doesn't understand that.

I was very patient, gave them several chances but they failed to come out multiple times and then the owner tried to blame it all on his plumber - who he subcontracted - and who also never showed up. Watermatic is not a serious business. Save your time and go with one of the many other irrigation companies in the area who will actually show up when you set an appointment.
