If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute dumpster fire of a company. I've had…read morea large patio being installed since march (it's now the end of July) and I have continually had products delivered broken and/or wrong. They do not check the deliveries before they put them on the truck to our house and they don't take any responsibility for the issues. I had been waiting for counter top pieces to come in, and had been told "next week" for 4 consecutive weeks before I finally called Techo-Bloc ourselves to find out what was going on. I was told that it had been sitting in PA for "a very long time" but Gagne wouldn't truck it because they didn't have a full truck. Had I been told that I would have gladly paid for the truck in order to get my material. When it finally showed up, it was the wrong product. Not only that, but it had been manufactured in 2020, so there was no excuse for it to have taken so long. When my partner called Gagne, Daryl (the sales rep) was extremely rude to her. No one should use these people. There are better distributors in the area, like NESS https://www.newenglandspecialtystone.com .

It doesn't seem plausible to me that it would be necessary for them to be there since the fire department would be too busy dealing with a fire to talk to them. I realize that going to a fire is far more exciting than meeting with a prospective client. These last minute cancellations have happened to me twice before with other companies I have made appointments with in the past year. It must be clearly understood by the managers of these companies that people often times have to take time off from work and deal with other inconveniences to meet with workmen and last minute cancellations are unacceptable. You only get one chance with me. Next time I will reschedule and purposely miss the appointment and let them know what it's like to have someone waste your time.
