I requested to get my carpets cleaned. The carpet cleaner showed up an hour and 20 minutes late. He told me it was no problem because he could still get the job done in time. He did the job in 40 minutes and asked me to look at it. The carpets were still wet, so it was darker. That made it harder to see if the stains were out, but I could not see any. Now that it has dried I can see the stains are still there and it was not a good job. The price was very expensive as well, not worth what I paid for. I do not recommend. read more

We started with a price for just a steaming and when he came through, he tried to upsell us a bit. We agreed on the upsells and were able to negotiate the price. 26 minutes ago-Edit I used Certified Green Team to clean my air ducts, big mistake, first they are scammers, advertise $29.99 per vent but then switch to the "deeper clean" pitch which seems to be there standard pitch. I was quoted $350 on the phone, when they arrived the guy said it would be $1600, I said no that was too much, then he said $1000, at this point I should have gone with my gut and showed them the door but I said ok. Then when they went out to their unmarked car and grabbed a shop vac and a whip on the end of a pneumatic tool I knew I made a mistake for sure. They don't have professional equipment that they advertise. One guy was in the vent with the whip while the other stood with the shop vac in the air trying to catch dust particles, not an effective strategy, the dust went all over the place, I ended up cleaning it up myself because I didn't trust them at all. They didn't have any protective gear on, no face mask, they kept their shoes on, and then asked to run the charge for payment before the job was done before his phone lost power ! Don't use this company I think they are fly by night scammers, definitely not a professional organization, when you call to try and speak to the owner, I think his name is Vic, he is ignorant and rude, he actually lied about his name, terrible!!! He threatened to call the police on me, also they are affiliated with Mass Air Duct Cleaning because my receipt had that name on it, and Mass AirDuct has an F rating with BBB, the reason for the F is they were misusing the BBB logo on their web site as though they were accredited which they are not. All in all the transaction with them felt like a crime and I hope that they are stopped. I also had a terrible experience with this company. The price quoted over the phone was $200 ( I didn't know at the time but that price was for steam cleaning.) The up-sale once they were at the house was $700 for shampooing the carpets and sofa. I thought that $700 was pricey so I went with the steam cleaning. Final price was $244 after they did some measuring. The carpet and sofa did not look any cleaner when they finished or the next day when it was dry!!! I made an appointment for Friday 3/10 for 9-11am. The driver called me at 9:08 am saying they were on their way. I get another call at 10:56 am saying there was an emergency I'll have to reschedule so I did for Sunday 3/12. I said, "well I don't want any service if you're gonna charge me $155 more than I was quoted." & he says, "you should've told them to you live on the 3rd floor." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The cleaning was supposed to happen on October 9th, with an arrival window between 2-4pm. At 3:30pm I got a call from the technician saying they wouldn't arrive until 6pm. I have a toddler, that wasn't going to work. So I rescheduled for the following Friday, Oct 16th, between 9-11am. At 10:30am on the 16th I got a call from the technician saying they wouldn't arrive until 1:30pm. Again, that really wasn't going to work. I called the main line to reschedule, and they were able to get someone there last minute, at 11am. I had booked a regular clean, with a price of around $150. The technician upon arrival said I needed a "deep clean", and that the deep clean would last me longer (he said 4-5 years). That cost was nearly $500. I figured he knew what he was talking about, and was fine with a deeper clean, that would happen less often. However, that technician only did 2/3rds of the area he was supposed to clean (I showed him the whole project, before taking my son on a walk so the equipment noise didn't bother him). I called to report this, and they sent out another technician to clean the areas the first technician missed. When I went down to check to see if the cleaning had gotten all the areas, I saw that this cleaning caused damage to my walls. Overall, I paid nearly $500 for a deeply sub-par clean. The "deep clean" has not held up over time like the technician said it would. I called to discuss the issues I had with a manger, and was told that no manger was available, and they could only offer a $50 refund. That wont even cover the cost of the damage, let alone mitigate the deeply sub-par cleaning issues. The whole experience was miserable. Do not use this company. read more

Very disappointed with this company, I called in to discuss a charge on my account for a cancelled service. The service customer rep. Kim unfortunately was unprofessional and confrontational from the begging of our conversation. Unfortunately, this company specially during these rough times still managed to charge me for a service that was cancelled 2 days ago. They took advantage of us unfortunately, we had talked to Vick and he had agreed to cancel this appointment for us the same day. We asked to do the right thing and to refund the charge but the managers Vick and Mike refused to do it and offered a cancellation fee of $250.00 dollars when this service has been already cancelled. I was quoted at $129 after sending pictures of my sectional sofa and when they arrived they said it was $175 for a basic cleaning which only does about 25% of the actual cleaning needed to fully clean the couch and it was $500 for the full service! since the tech was already there I said just do the basic because $500 is ridiculous to clean a couch! The tech was there for maybe 30 minutes total! I paid him he left and when I went to further inspect I noticed there was a ton of water all over my floor! I had to use two full size towels to clean up all of the water! I thought he was going to clean it up but when he brought his equipment out to his van he never came back in and took off!!!! Have to echo the 1 bad review below which I ignored blundersously when I researched them first. Phone price was $80 and in person was $240. I get that the argument was this was in bad condition but the phone price also was for the same high end service which was shampooing. The entire "deep cleaning" was less than 15 min for my 2 rooms. He literally swept once through the surface. Apparently the deodorizer was included, to me it smells like regular shampoo and how it smelled before. And then proceeded to show me how 'dirty' the carpet was by showing me the brown water. As if I haven't done this before. On the phone I was initially met with rudeness and seeming not to want to care and when I showed signs of backing off he went on to ask what I needed and I ended up going with them. I honestly should have gone to the other places whose initial quote would actually have been cheaper than what I got with these guys and I wouldn't have felt ripped off. :( Really not happy about this whole experience.
