I had read the great reviews here, including the one of Carlos and his assistant going beyond the call of duty and carrying a bed up 3 flights of stairs for their customer after a bed company had left it on the first floor "unable" to Navigate the bed up the stairs! I just moved into a condo and the previous owners neglected to mention they had a cat (a cat with fleas and a peeing outside the box problem). Carlos came over to clean the carpets.
