I was ordering three different signs, only one of which allowed you to upload the artwork for. I uploaded the wrong artwork for one sign. Then, before the signs were made, I sent three separate emails to them, each with the correct art work for each sign. (The artwork as a whole was too large for one email.) They still went by the incorrect art work I had uploaded days before and based on that, made the assumption that one of the other signs should be made incorrectly also. So one incorrect upload that was corrected, two sets of signs done incorrectly. Their customer service does not care!! Don't do business with this company!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Somehow my parent's ended up with three desktop computers and three laptops over the years, all of which my little brother manages to screw up often with downloads from Limewire and other unsecured websites. Jeff is our "favorite PC guy," he is the poor man who usually gets assigned to our case, which takes the better part of an afternoon to sort out. I like to happen to visit my parents on days that PC on Call is there because they fix every computer in the area for a flat, expensive fee...free service for me! PC on Call charges one original fee for coming to the house which is around $110 and then charges based on time after that. You can't beat this service for convenience, they'll go anywhere in the area, and you can't beat them for service or friendliness either. Our servicemen always attempt to teach my computer illiterate brother and parents how to not get the viruses that mess up the computer but I fear that no one could ever succeed in getting that information through to them. PC on Call is helpful in both sorting out virused computers and in setting up or fixing networks...they helped us connect all of our computers to one network so we can share files and print to the same printer.
