When I called & VERY nicely explained what happened she actually said, "we tried to tell you not to get that type of polish but you got it anyway." Maybe there was a language barrier or maybe I misunderstood but instead of accusing the customer of being the cause of the awful job done (after they redid the 3 fingernails for only $5) maybe take some responsibility. They lost a customer who tips 25%. I was charged $30 but I paid $40 including tip all for bad job.

I appreciated that they soaked my nails in acetone and were gentle with the drill; my nails felt like they retained most of their integrity. My only complaint is that the gel feels like it was painted on a bit thick and the edges could be a little cleaner.
