Nicole, Chloe,Makayla,Camryn,Coleen and Jaz were friendly and professional.they made us feel comfortable during each wonderful experience. I am a bit particular when it comes to vibes and I can say that it Is such a nice atmosphere with the staff. They charged me full price to remove the gel manicure and the manicure for my natural nails have the color with tiny bubbles underneath. I pointed this out and the tech abruptly just put another top coat on. It didn't resolve the problem. I went home, ate dinner, watched tv and was getting ready for bed when I noticed one of my natural nails had broken from the side. In another the polish was chipping off from the side to about a third of the nail. Also, a few other nails the polish was chipping off the tips. The picture is of my non- dominant hand! I washed my hands before dinner and that was the only time my hands were in water. I wasn't doing anything but watching TV. So disappointed because the place was very nice inside and had a nice system for scheduling and checking in. They accepted credit cards with a slight up charge.
