I asked if they have hot stone and the lady didnt understand me... I tried to turn the page in the binder that was on the desk and she aggressively stopped me from turning the page. I asked again for hot stone and she asked another lady something in a foreign language and repeated no... I asked if I could see the other pages in the book thinking the hot stone option would be in the other pages past the first page... and she said no. So I took a pic of the only page she would let me see and left. I dont know how they stay in business... im wondering if its a cover for something because the customer service is nonexistant and this is the second time I went there... maybe they are doing a little something extra on the side to still be in business... very curious.
