I was highly recommended to Wendee by my sister. I have a lot of back issues and get really bad knots in my neck that cause me migraines for days. I've never met any massage therapist with the type of knowledge that Wendee has. She taught me more about my muscles and body pain then any doctor or classes that I've ever taken. Wendee used to be a teacher for over 10 years and it definitely shows in her work! I have gone to so many massage therapists over the last 20 years of my pain and I have never came across anyone that actually can take my knots out, take my pain away and even helped me avoid surgery! If I could give Wendee an overall 100 stars I sure would! Do not pass her up she is well worth every penny and more. I've had paid way more with others and left their office in pain. I hate to leave a negative review like this, but I feel the need to share in hopes that other people can avoid a similar situation. This was by far the worst experience with a massage therapist I have ever had. I never even got a massage, as she canceled and re-scheduled my appointment twice claiming medical emergencies (this was within about a 5 month period). When I asked to be refunded, she initially refused, and when I pressed further, she gave me the run-around and several different excuses, and it took a month for me to reclaim my funds. At the same time she was claiming medical emergencies, she was continuing to advertise her services on Instagram. I think she is running a scam. She hasn't had a review since January 2021. read more

I went to Wendee with persistent upper back and neck pain and left feeling the most relaxed and pain-free I have felt in a loooong time. This was hands down the best massage I've ever had, and Wendee really knows her stuff. I was super impressed with the care and attention to detail she gave me and my specific situation. I have been seeing Wendee C. for massage for several years. She is BY FAR the most intuitive and skilled massage therapist that I have found, and I have used many. Wendee has been trained in such a wide range of modalities that she is able to customize the treatment to the issues I am experiencing. She takes the time to listen carefully. Her knowledge of anatomy is amazing, and she always explains why she is doing each move and how it relates to my injury or pain. She is often able to provide relief for issues that I didn't think would lend themselves to massage. Wendee is sensitive to my experience of the massage, and always checks on my level of discomfort. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her, and hope to see her for many years. I would recommend her unconditionally to anyone seeking an alternative to the standard regimen of painkillers so loved by Western medicine. read more

I have tried to find "that right" masseuse. It really is hard finding one that does massages just the way you personally like and can find all your trigger points. Well, I decided to go see Wendee and I must say "WOW". She was able to read all the issues I have been dealing with in my back and leg, with my pinched sciatic nerve, without me telling her much. I voiced what I wanted and she recommended something that would work better, and it did. I came home raving about her work to my husband and told him I had another appointment already scheduled. He saw how I was walking and my personality and decided I needed to continue with the visits (hehehehe). I then got him an appointment and he was like, "oh yeah - I wanna go back". I have told others about Wendee and her work and have recommended they go if they want to find a good, reliable masseuse. I plan on continuing to go on a regular basis and get some "me time". Wendee does a good massage but seems to have difficulties keeping appointments. Over a period of about a year she canceled or rescheduled many of my appointments, most the day of the appointment. Once canceled she leaves it up to you to reschedule which may be another month away and never answered when requesting to be on a cancelation short call either. I bartered a massage for the repair of her adjustable bed wiring that was damaged in a move she made. I made an appointment to do the repair on her schedule and I showed up and made the repair promptly as agreed. Since the barter she canceled several appointments and never held up her end of the bargain (I guess I should have collected for services at the time of service as she does, but I just didn't expect the cold shoulder after my work was done and she said the repair worked well for her). We made an appointment, but she canceled, rescheduled then canceled again and the barter agreement on her end was never fulfilled. Wendee seems to have difficulties separating her private life drama from work as most of the cancelation notices were due to her private life issues or at least that is the reason given in the message of cancelation. I was in need of the massages and had to use other practitioners instead. I will never go back; I don't appreciate the inability of her to keep appointments or reasonably reschedule!!! read more
