No sympathy, no attempt to correct, just a lack of customer service. We were really looking forward to a local massage as we usually drive 35 minutes. Never had the opportunity to try this spa and never will if this is how they handle errors on their own behalf.

Talking with staff, it sounds like the entire, large space (formerly Core) was purchased, providing enough space for them to not only add massage and service rooms, but to build out a sauna and pool area. There is a TON of space to decorate and warm up, so there is still a little inconsistency for the tone of the environment, but you will certainly notice some of the classic design comforts and staples that were carried over from the previous location. I always appreciate the services I receive, and my recent visit was no exception. My massage therapist did some great work on some problem areas and always felt professional, yet personable, throughout.
