I saw Diana a few weeks ago for tightness in my thigh and left leg. I had been in tremendous pain for a few weeks. We decided that a 1.5 hour session would be best. I must say I got more service than I bargained. It's taken me a few weeks to heal but I feel about 85% better since the massage and the stretching routine she recommended. As someone who travels often for work, I get massages often for stress reduction and tension relief. Diana by far gives the best massage I have ever had. Personally I prefer deep tissue and she know the right areas and the right pressure to get my horrible knots out. Also she does amazing wonder with your feet. She also is highly trained in reflexology which I never really believed in until her. I come off her table after 90 minutes like a new person and 3 pound thinning from built up fluid retention. Diana has an extraordinary gift not only to provide relief from pain but also to infuse you with such positive energy. The times I have gone to her I have had acupressure, reflexology as well as massage and I have always left feeling lighter and more pain free than I have after many more 'traditional' massages. Diana does magic, I can say it for sure, because my injuries are very dramatic and dangerous. And she was able to help. For the start I d like to share my traumas; after major car accident I spend 10 days in coma, fractured ankle, pelvic and had very bad brain trauma, this is the main injuries there are much more, but it is about the power of healing that this amazing woman possess. Diana is amazing. I went mountain climbing last weekend and woke up the next day unable to move with terrible back spasms. I also had a plane to catch that afternoon and was afraid I couldnt make it. Definitely one of the best massages I've had, and I've tried my share of places. She uses such a great technique that works with your energy and works into your muscles and sore spots. I have to say I was very happy with my massage. I was feeling horrible, with back and neck pains. She took extra time to work on the spots that I pointed out. I have only been to Diana once but the results were fantastic. I went because my shoulders and neck are all stressed due to using crutches. But she massaged my leg with a broken ankle and did some reflexology, in addition to working on the rest of my body, and my foot/ankle instantly looked better, and felt better. Ok folks, that was by far the best massage I ever had! Diana is very strong but knows exactly how to apply the right amount of pressure in the right areas. I was so relaxed and could feel the energy flowing through my body within minutes. She starts out by getting a history of your medical conditions and present complaints. I was instantly comfortable with her. Then depending on how light or deep you need the pressure, she uses her fingers, thumbs and palms to work your pressure points. I had these knots in my back and neck that had been there for so long. After one session with Diana, they were gone. What a release! I love the way she worked on my stomach and assisted stretches were great. I originally scheduled a 60 minute massage and asked her if she could do 90 minutes. I didn't want it to end. When she started on my feet with the Reflexology I was in heaven. I have had many massages in my day but never felt that relaxed and reenergized.
