I had the pleasure of having a massage by Hailey today. She is very attentive to your preferences as well as understanding what is needed to truly give you a wonderful massage. I was very impressed by the combination of pressure and pampering that I received during my massage. She has a wonderful personality, and the time flew by far faster than I imagined. I left feeling relaxed, calmed, and refreshed. I have been to multiple Massage Therapists and I would put Hailey as equal to any massage therapist that I have had. The moment I set foot in her studio, I did not feel welcomed at all. It was almost like she was a robot. Not friendly, very ugly personality. It completely took away from the massage, as I just did not feel like she even wanted to be there. Plenty of other places to go!!! read more

Very rude and unprofessional! Booked a massage appointment over a week ago. Received confirmed text and emails of time/date. One hour before my scheduled massage she cancels it stating I double booked two time slots? I showed her screen shots of the only time that was reserved and booked. If this HAD been true she should have apologized for the mixup and asked me which time I prefer if they had both been mine anyways. Instead, she picked another time and cancels my scheduled time! With a rude unprofessional attitude and insists I overbooked, with again zero proof on my end from emails/text that this actually occurred. Extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend! read more

My experience with Hailey has been great: easy and relaxing, start to finish. First off, I love being able to view all the open availability online and reserve my appointment without playing phone tag. Hailey also responds to text messages if you have questions. Second, the location is ideal. Some therapists rent spaces in gyms or busy strip malls, but Hailey operates from a quiet, serene building that I found extra relaxing. Finally, Hailey got the most important thing right: she asked specific questions to understand my preferences, and the massage was perfect. I was blessed to find Hailey after my message therapist moved away. I also try to find local businesses and I have been burned by private message therapist before. Not with Hailey! Hailey does well explaining what she is going to do. She listened to what pressure I needed, where I have been sore, and does well checking in . I also find her studio to be comfortable, relaxing and cute. I will be making Hailey my regular message therapist. I would recommend her to anyone. read more
