Carol came and talked about all the benefits of massage - things I never knew about! I was definitely a person who has never been interested in massage therapy and knew nothing about it. She blew me away with her knowledge! Through my pregnancy when I started getting towards the end I learned that through all of my lifting and workouts I had made my body really tight and not necessarily prepared for childbirth. I quickly booked a massage at a local, corporate massage place and instantly regretted it. The person had no idea how to massage a pregnant person and was basically doing a typical massage on a pregnancy table. That's when I contacted Carol and set up an appt with her. From the moment I walked in I could tell this experience would be different. She has such a calm demeanor and instantly put me at ease. Her room is calming and smells wonderful!
