They lied and said it was them. They took him into start a massage, I continued to call him to let him know he was in the wrong place. He finally realized it, stopped the massage and got up to leave. He paid them for a full hour even though he was only there for less than 30 minutes. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Apparently they poach clients all the time. The Swedish massage was extremely light, and I was told I needed to upgrade to receive medium or deeper pressure. Even after upgrading, the pressure still wasn't what I requested. When I asked for more pressure, the therapist focused on sensitive areas and caused discomfort rather than providing a therapeutic massage. The room was very bright and not relaxing, and I felt pressured to upgrade my service. I also left with my hair extremely tangled and messy, which has never happened to me during any massage session before. Overall, I did not feel comfortable, relaxed, or cared for as a client. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not return.
