THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH OTHER LOCATIONS!…read more Now that I have that out the way. Let's dive in. This location is very very small. I was shocked how "intimate" it is. If you're used to Atlanta amd Houston location please lower your expectations. You have to schedule service before you go in. I wasn't aware if that so please be mindful. They also take your shoes before you go back. My mind was blown. Once I got back it looks the same except the pool area is massive with cool jet powered pockets. If you forget something there is a purchase price instead of gratis. Like toothbrush, deodorant, toothpaste, etc. Interesting that you can wear swimsuits. I didn't have one because I thought they weren't allowed. I was a bit disappointed in my scrub but I think it's because it was moved up, shrle came looking for me, she was irritated, I was annoyed, she asked for a tip 5X and I kept saying "No". I did use a GroupOn and that was dope. I would definitely use again just for the 30 min massage alone. Kim was amazing! It also got moved up 15 mins. It has a traditional layout as other locations but they have 3 upstairs spaces for massages, gym, and smoking. The resturant was closed while I was there so I set up myself up for some $9 Ramen. Yeah, I know. Stupid move. I was hungry. Although, small they tossed in a few couches and chairs. There's 5 rooms with temperatures listed. I thought that was cool. May absolutely favorite was the CLAY room. Its so fun and different. I went on a Monday to avoid people but it was still pretty busy. I don't think there is a difference on the day of the week.

I read the bad reviews before going, but I'm going to base my opinion on my own experience. I like that they offer discounts for seniors. My mom's admission was $35 and mine was $45. This is definitely very affordable, and for someone who cares more about the benefits rather than aesthetics or Instagram photos, I think it's worth it. I can see why some people say the pool water smells musky. It does seem that way a bit, but honestly, I'm not sure if it's just because the water is warm. The spa treatments are pricey, but it's understandable. The staff could use some hospitality training. The girl at the front desk was nice, but the guy could definitely use some training. The food is affordable and the portions are huge. I got bibimbap for $16 and shared it with my mom, so it was definitely worth the money. I would come back again, especially on my birthday, because they have a promotion for free admission if it's your birthday. They also have a bunch of other promotions that I don't remember, but they're worth checking out. Really wish they would open one in Maryland again.

Dino worked on muscles that I did not even understand that I had. He does a good job communicating and really knows his stuff. A week or so after the "incident" the pain got so bad that wasn't able to lay down comfortably in any position, it hurt to breath (which Dino explained is due to the way all of our muscles are connected), and the final straw was me waking up in the middle of the night from the pain. Needless to say I was very grateful when he was able to see me the same day I called. We spent an hour on just my upper body and after getting out alll of the knots, he found the one big one on my side body that was causing a lot of the trouble. It was definitely a bit uncomfortable in the moment (a necessary evil lol), but I immediately felt relief when he was done, improved every day after, and am now feeling back to normal. Thank you sooo much Dino!! You are certainly an expert and I'll be back if I have any similar issues.

TL;DR: We were happy clients for over a year and liked the massage therapists. After raising an…read moreissue about incorrect superbills and a duplicate account problem, we were informed that the practice would no longer provide services to us. My husband and I had been regulars here for medical massages every two weeks since last year. We originally chose this practice because they provide superbills that we can submit to insurance. The massage therapists we've worked with (Alejandra, Maddy, Giovanna) have all been skilled. Alicia (their former admin) has also always been very responsive and is the only one who knows about superbills. This month, as usual, I requested superbills for our appointments and, after following up multiple times, received incorrect paperwork. When I called to ask about it, I was informed that their admin was moving out and that there also appeared to be a duplicate account issue. Which was why I didn't receive any notifs for upcoming appointments either. That was the concern I raised professionally via email. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating that the practice had determined they were "not the best fit" for my needs and would no longer provide services. to us. It was unfortunate because the massage therapists were actually skilled. But future clients who rely on superbills and insurance docs may want to confirm how those requests are handled now that their former admin has left.
