The gift card was for a couples massage, but my husband had passed away, so I figured two massages were paid for and I would only need to pay for one more. I missed the third massage and called to find out if there was a charge for it -which I expected. I was told it was the total cost of a massage. ($70) Even my doctor doesn't charge that much for forgetting an appointment . I said fine. I'm finished. Cancel my membership. I was told that it was one month longer when I stated it was three massages in three months they said no that I had to do another one which I assume they will wrongly charge my credit card for. I talked with the manager and she referred repeatedly to the contract I signed. Please do your due diligence and don't let these people screw yet another customer out of hard earned money. This is so wrong! I have no doubt that it was legal " like the contract I signed," but it was handled totally unethicallly. She stated that she had tried to contact me but I did not answer. I have no record of a text message or telephone call on my phone. The artist was sweet but fresh out of the womb with no experience! No bra or underwear on, super professional.
