I came in and it seemed the place was empty. The lights were all off, but a friendly young lady came out to greet me right away. There was a strong language barrier as she quickly led me to a room in the back. A few minutes into my massage, the phone rang and she left the room to go answer it. I don't realize it at the time, but when she came back in, she brought the phone with her which rang again and I could hear an older male voice stating he had just called. She told him again she needed about 20 minutes. I was wondering "20 minutes?", I just got on the table! Then a man came into the business and she left me again to go talk to an older man in the lobby. Apparently there was another therapist in the building that I didn't realize was in there with us. I'm going to guess he went to the back as I didn't see him when I came out about 10 minutes later. I definitely didn't get my moneys worth and definitely did not received my whole hours of massage after all of the interruptions. I would not go back for other reasons as well as I didn't feel comfortable.

When I tell you it was needed, I was extremely pleased. I was so tight all over my body. Kristen's hands magically released those tight areas in my body. It was good to feel normal in my body again. The website and bill board advertisements say $48 for 60 minutes, but once inside the wall chart says $60 for 60 minutes. I am not even sure the therapist was legal. Did not see any licenses posted as is required by all legit therapists. She did not speak any English either. The only draping is a towel. On the plus side, they were very nice to me when I first walked in. They were NOT nice to me when I told them they shorted me on time. Never EVER again. I hope they this review. I am angry! My complaint is in regard to being UNETHICAL, and FALSE advertising, and possibly illegal if the therapist is unlicensed by the Florida Dept of Health Massage Board. There was NO licenses posted as required by law. Mostly I am angry because I had a bad experience with them, then they did not make it right, and were not nice to me when I challenged (politely) them. I even paid the full $60 (sorry I did now) because they were arguing with me about time, and I was so angry I needed to leave.
