Once the 5th ding happens, I say enough with the phone, it's rude to me as a customer. She laughs and says "sorry" now I am really irritated. I go there for peace and quiet, not to listen to her phone dinging and not for her to be texting on what is my time that I am paying for. Not 5 minutes later her phone rings and she answers and I told her to get out of the room and this is not the way to run a business, my massage was not done. I get up get dressed and left. And yes I paid for the full time but I shouldn't have, if this is how you treat repeat customers you don't deserve customers. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IF THEY DON'T RESPECT YOU OR YOUR PEACE.

My aunt had the 60-minute massage and she felt tremendously better afterward; my aunt had tight shoulders and back and was so happy after that she gave Vivian a hug. She's amazingly strong for her size. 3) The pricing is simple enough to understand- $10 for every 10 minutes. 4) Senior citizens 65 and older get a 20% discount. My aunt's massage went from $60 to $48 with the discount. It's quite generous. 5) If you get 10 massages (all of the same duration), the 11th is free. Cons: 1) I'm not sure if she was busy with another customer but no one answered the phone when I called earlier in the morning. 2) Be forewarned- CASH ONLY. Summary: Anything that makes my aunt that happy deserves five stars. She's going back again.
