When we arrived we were taken for a "tour" only to be left in the locker room, it wasn't until 30 minutes in, after just standing around, we learned there was a lounge and relaxation room. There was no convenient way to access this room. We were taken to it through doors labeled "staff only" The massage itself was severely underwhelming. She basically rubbed lotion on me for 50 minutes, there was no skill or technique to the massage. Overall, it was just a very disappointing experience. I will never return or recommend this spa

The only downfall is I wanted more heat and a bit more creative sequence for a level 1/2. It was a little slow and a boring sequence. We spent 20 minutes doing the same salutation and then a brief warrior sequence no standing postures or peak poses. But that is just a preference to have a more funky flow with an intermediate level. Overall, good experience. Would recommend.
