Moved to a new place and and since i am a member of message envy, I had to find a new massage envy closer to home. I need my massages! Like the previous location I went to, the staff is attentive and courteous. Coming here helps relieve the pain of my chronic back pain and let's me seriously relieve the stress I always have. I have to say I actually like the decor of this massage envy better than the previous one. Moreover they also offer coffee instead of just water and tea in the members area. I visited this location to ask a simple question about my gift card I received for a bday gift card. The manager at the desk seemed very clueless and seem to not be able to answer none of my questions. I then started to read the back of the gift card myself to understand the policy that's right before another manager came out to assist me which was very helpful. I arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. No one was at the front desk so I waited a few minutes, still no one. I decided to call a few times thinking someone will come once hearing the phone ringing. I was wrong. The receptionist finally came to the front from the back. She checked me in and told me to have a seat. At that point it was already past my scheduled time. The massage therapist came to get me 5 min after my scheduled time. After the brief consult, etc. etc., the massage began 10 minutes after my scheduled time. Although the massage was fine/average, when she finished and I looked at my phone before leaving the room, the massage was less than 40 minutes. I scheduled a 60-minute massage which should be approx. 50 minutes. I do not recommend this location. This is unacceptable. I called this location a few times the following days hoping to speak to a manager to no avail. read more

0 Stars. There is a class action lawsuit about Massage Envy's forced auto-renewal. There is no box for you to check to not auto-renew. They don't send you an email or any communication. You can't cancel online. They just keep billing you. In addition, this location, in particular, sucks. I am normally enrolled in the Kendall massage envy, but this one is closer to my house so I decided to give it a try. I have had nothing but great experiences here at this particular location. I normally get either Jorge or Julia as my massage therapist. They are amazing and know how to do deep tissue massage as well. I am always treated very kindly and I have never had any issues here. The location is very clean. They normally have many times available and of course, like I said before it is close to my house so it is very convenient. I loved the male masseuse i got from Roque so professional. He made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my whole massage explained everything in detail and knew exactly why or how my body reacted to certain points depending on the pressure. I loved that he took the time as to how I preferred the massage either light to medium or medium to deep pressure. I advise to do light to medium and he did exactly that! amazing work to the point where i was so relaxed at a point i felt like i dozed off. Definitely coming back again to see him! I was recommended Massage Envy by a friend who's been to a location in Miami to help me with my cystic acne since I've had trouble with it for about 5-6 years now. I've tried various treatments and even went to a dermatologist who helped me a bit but I needed consistent help to make sure my skin was getting cleared of the residue and buildup a face can hold over time. I gave it a shot but was hesitant since I've heard every location is different and it really depends on the team. My friend didn't try this location but this is the closest to me so she booked me my appointment and I went after a huge breakdown from the things appearing on my face. I was scheduled with Crystal and it was by far the best decision of my life to show up to the appointment. Things aligned so well because Crystal has done miracle work to my skin and I've been seeing her for about a year now following her direction and advice. She warned me about not seeing change for a couple of months but to follow everything that I needed to do to actually see progress over time. One visit was definitely not enough to see change, but, I wanted results so I followed what she advised and purchased the treatments she recommended. I've tried regular facials and a few chemical peels. The first photo is right after my first facial and the others are about a year later. I didn't get great shots of how my skin looks now but the number of people who've seen it transform over the year have all noticed the change and I'm always recommending this specific location. Work with Crystal and let her do her thing to help you live a better more confident life. She's changed mine and I couldn't thank her enough for her work. I'm dedicated to coming here now I've ever tried massages and assisted stretching and every service I've tried was been amazing! This entire team has treated me like family and everyone basically knows me now. I used to go to the Falls Massage Envy. When I would find a therapist with the Magic Touch, they were hard to book an appointment with because they would receive a lot of requests. I like relaxing massages, so when I fall asleep on the table, I know I got what I was looking for. I was delighted when they opened in Palmetto Bay/Cutler Bay. I tried massages with Esmeralda. She is very relaxing and a good therapist. I tried Maritere. Her touch is heavenly. Crystal does good facials. You can just relax and enjoy. They are now certified to do microdermabrasion. They usually have a special running every month. Plus, there is a points system. Do yourself a favor and carve out some "Me" time and check them out. read more

This was my first time going to this branch. I went in yesterday with a huge neck kink and chose the therapist available. I specifically told him to focus on the neck. Not only did he have the coldest hands, he did not even get rid of any of the neck pain I had. While typically you are supposed to feel soreness after the massage, I still feel as if though I never even went in. Called to ask if I could just get a short session to focus on the neck and management simply said "sorry, there is nothing we can do"....so I'm just supposed to be held responsible for a bad massage therapist? Watch out with this branch because they don't actually care about your wellbeing - only about your money. read more

My husband and I have been Massage Envy members for years and have visited various locations in Miami. The Cutler Bay location is by far, our favorite. I met Therapist Alexis when I was pregnant with my second baby and her pre-natal massages truly alleviated my aches and pains. She really listens and caters to my specific needs each session, as they change, and is very knowledgeable. My husband's line of work is physically demanding and all the therapists he's had are able to work on his lower back and help with the pain. ALEXIS is one of the best massage therapist I've come across during my travels and relocations around the US and several other countries.  Before each session she listens to my specific issues and addresses them.  She has many years of experience and is also able to perform facials. Such a shame that this company has lost quality and care for its customers. I scheduled a massage for my wife who has chronic back pain. We seldomly go to a ME location closer to home ( once or twice a year) but decided to use this location as they had a last minute availability. An hour before her appointment, an employee called my wife to say that they would not be charging her the $75 rate for a 60 minute massage but $95 for the same session. Both my wife and I were confused as we were normally charged $75. The Massage envy employee stated that my wife used to be a member and since she was no longer a member she would not be charged at a members rate ( which is apparently offered to those who go for their first time without a membership). This was a surprise to us as we had always been charged $75. There was no problem until my wife told the employee that she would cancel her appointment ( less than 24 hours since it was scheduled). The employee became rude and argumentative with my wife once my wife explained that we would not pay 50% of the fee for canceling. My wife asked to speak to the manager but the employee "kindly" refused and tried to resolve the situation herself. For the second time we let the employee know that we did not receive any service, we were not given a price or change of price before or at the time of scheduling said appointment, and cancelled well within a 24 hour window. Regardless of policy, who is going to pay $47.50 for absolutely nothing but a bad attitude from a rude receptionist? Unfortunately Massage envy used to be a Massage service provider worth their salt. They have become money hungry and are looking to put the buck before the customer. Never coming back. read more
