Just not for me! I don't do well with massages! I have a problem with lying flat on my stomach & they didn't have a table that tilted.

Emily is a great esthetician and makes my face feel wonderful after my facial. Kasey is my go to massage therapist who takes care of my aches and pains go see both of them they are awesome. When I made my Appointment I told them repeatedly I was pregnant. As I had previously gotten a deep tissue with a certain masseuse that's what I wanted again. I even asked if I needed a certain masseuse because I was pregnant the receptionist said NO! Well I go to my appt. Just to find out that I can't be seen because they didn't know I was pregnant & have to have a certain masseuse who's certified in prenatal massages, who can do it softly. Which would've been fine if they had freakin called me, I could've canceled because I want work done not a tickle session. But Instead I wasted my time, my gas (It's a hour drive), & my energy which being 8 month along is a lot by going over there since they are too disorganized to know their own policies when I made the appt, or to pick up the phone & call before. read more

Perla is amazing with the most gentle hands. I request her for my facials and she puts me to sleep most sessions. I walk out with the most smooth and hydrated skin. Thanks to a friend I was able to enjoy a deep tissue massage with Micheal for my birthday. I was greeted upon entry and seated. Since this was my first time I was skeptical but it turned out to be amazing birthday massage gift. Micheal was amazing he could tell when I walked in I was in pain and talked me through the whole process. I got so comfortable that I forgot my time was up. read more

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance on their website last week. I didn't receive any confirmation or anything, so I called them a day before my massage to make sure it was still set. They told me no one picked up the shift, so my appointment was never made. I was irritated, but I figured I'd give them a second chance. I placed another appointment with the woman on the phone for this past weekend. It was supposedly set, but I called a day in advance again just to make sure nothing changed. And of course, my appointment was never made. Very terrible service, and I never even stepped foot in the place! read more

I am extremely livid as I've been trying to make an appt w the "prenatal" masseuse for a month now and I finally got an appt(that I made 2.5 weeks in advance). Apparentky he's the only one. I get here and wait til 10 after my massage should start and ask where he is. I'm then told he called in sick and they're sorry. That's not good enough. If I hv to call 3 hrs prior to cancel or I get charged anyway, I believe I should be notified WAY before 10 minutes after my massage start time that he's called in sick. I purchased a year membership to massage envy 14 months ago, after 12 months the membership keeps charging you a month to month basis(they give you a courtsy call letting you know they just drafted it from your account, how sweet to notify after the fact and not tell you your account is now month to month they just try to keep booking you for more apointments). So since I already have 10 paid for that are left on my acount I went in today to cancel my membership. I was notified I have 30 days to use the remaining ten. Heres another kicker(todays June 28th, one lady said I have till 7/22 and the manager says I have till 7/23, eather way its not "30 days". They manager continues to be rude and not realise what Im telling her. So reguarless Massage envy are con artists. And I will not stop till I publish my opinion and my story on every review possiable. read more

Decided he needed this for his shoulder.Then doctor decided he needed surgery instead,have been trying to cancel since October of last year.Called and they never had a manager there,I would call up to three time every other day since then.They would call my husband and say it was time for his massage and he would tell them he was trying to talk to a manager and of course no manager on duty.Went there in person and then I'm told ,I needed a doctors excuse.Like we are in school.Even when we did this they sat there and said if you feel you don't want to do this ,just call and cancel.Just wanted them to quit charging me .Never ever going there. read more

I only have good things to say about this studio. I visit on a regular basis and always have a first class experience. The front desk staff is always helpful and polite. Although all of the staff are great, Julie is an exceptional esthetician. She is very talented and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this studio. read more

It took 2 weeks to get a scheduled appointment, then 30 min before I'm to come in.....they call and cancel on me. If I called to cancel that late, I'm on the hook for paying, but if they do it, you're just screwed. Oh and they can't see me again for another week. Save your time and go somewhere where they actually care about you. read more

It's incredibly frustrating when you book a 90 minute massage but the massage doesn't start on time and ends early. My massage was scheduled for 2:00. I looked at the clock right before my massage tech came in and it was 2:17. My massage ended at 3:20. I feel this is really uncalled for. I am fully aware the 90 minutes includes dress time but I should not be docked 30 minutes for that. I pay good money to receive a service that I don't feel I got here. I have a membership but this makes me want to cancel it right away. read more

Decided to treat myself to a prenatal massage for Mother's Day... Never again. You write down what your problem areas are AND they ask you twice. Mine are my lower back and shoulders, I stressed my lower back because I can't even sleep- which is why I found someone to watch my 10 month old & braved the shopping center on Mother's Day weekend. My massage was more like a rub... He did focus on my shoulders, but didn't go near my lower back.. Like at all. My shoulder massage wasn't really helpful, especially because they use bolsters instead of full body pillows- so there I am getting one shoulder massaged while the other is so uncomfortable and twisted in an awkward position because of how my leg is lifted. So the massage that made my shoulder feel a little better was quickly undone the second I turned over into a weird position. I'm so disappointed and still in pain so now I have to go get another massage (somewhere else of course) and I have to wait for someone to squeeze me in. I recommed massage heights- they always end with a scalp massage and it's amazing. Massage Envy did offer another massage on a different date at the introductory rate. Very pleasant experience. My husband and I got a couples massage. We're not up for contracts, but it was a great one time event.

I didn't know what to expect on walking into the retreat. But, as its named a retreat it gave me a space to escape the trials of daily life. I received a firm deep tissue session from their therapist Tony Czapla, who not only had amazing hands but also had some amazing talents and skills for a young man of his age. I completely support the youth getting an education while also pursuing their goals, in a positive effort. He spoke with me about his service and how he would execute the session, me following up his information asking where he had this knowledge from. He informed me about his years of being an athlete and professional dancer with (Boogaloo Zoo, I hope I spelled this correctly) which also gave him a distinct advantage to knowing his the muscle systems and fascial planes worked together. I didn't know someone to effectively distribute that much pressure symmetrically along the body, while eliminating knots. If you had not tried this therapist I HIGHLY recommend him not only for the work, but also his great conversation. Which helped me relax with laughter and joy, facilitating my experience while at the location. read more
