AVOID this place: Receptionists need better training and communication on how to explain transactions of gift card purchases and inform the customer they are deducting from your gift as well as the balance of the gift card after they deduct for the transactions. Also a lack of communication of pricing and consultation fees of $25.00 they failed to inform they are utilizing the gift card for the consultation transaction. I was told my massage was $120 but they deducted $165 from my gift card. Very bad customer service and lack of knowledge. A total headache utilizing my gift card. Karina the Supervisor talked over me trying to prove her point which is unprofessional as Manager. Granted I had to call a staff that no longer works there to see what services I did get complete because they couldn't explain that dates and times of services. You printed out a document that made no sense to me and as mentioned you must communicate the transaction along with receipt after each service upon redeeming the gift card. Your accounting is a tally that only makes sense to an employee and still then your receptionist repeated she couldn't explain the $25 fee either she mentioned it would tack off my service and once again lack of communication. This place is fantastic!!!! Honestly I booked here to get a relaxing massage and I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was! The staff is extremely nice and the place is gorgeous. Very relaxing place. When waiting to get a massage you go into the back room with a bath robe by yourself and they give you wine or champagne until your room is ready! Got a salt scrub yesterday and it was marvelous! With this current south Texas "winter" my skin was in dire need of some sloughing and exfoliation. The scrub felt so good as does my skin now. This place is beautiful. The decor and music are very calming and relaxing. Both ladies at the front desk were very professional and helpful. The robe and sandals they provided were comfy and clean. Lounge area is clean and relaxing. I had a one hour sweddish massage with Jennifer and she did an awesome job! Very polite, professional, and great at what she does. The pressure she used was Perfect and she made me feel comfortable in knowing that at any time I could have her apply less or more pressure. My husband also joined me and he enjoyed his massage as well. Unfortunately We do not remember his massage therapist name but he was very happy. She is amazing! Had alot of kinks and knots after driving 3 days from Cali to Houston. She worked alot of them out, which was a miracle to me. Can't wait to go back. This was first time ever going here. I will not be returning. They used heat packs on me that smelled like a dirty jock strap. Massage was very weak, when I complained they offered no resolution and would not refund my money. Very poor business practice. You offered a massage after I posted this review, you told me on the phone you were going to review the footage of audio and video. You also stated on the phone that your staff was "in training" and should not have treated a patron that way. I've been reading about the health benefits of infrared saunas and was excited to see Eclipse offers sessions using Sunlighten saunas. Even better, they offer a discount for first time users. When I arrived I was impressed with the serene decor and friendly reception. The receptionist was also very knowledgeable in answering the questions I had. The saunas are located in the women's and men's locker room areas with a place to change, a locker for belongings, as well as a shower, restroom and plenty of amenities. (At least in the women's area) My time in the sauna (30 minutes) left me feeling incredibly relaxed but not exhausted, and the next morning a sore area on my mid back that had been bothering me for a few days was completely better! I will definitely be back to reap more sauna benefits in this great facility. read more

I just wanted to say that I never had a problem with them before but i got a massage in March 2016 and I was burned by the massage table i was laying on resulting in a somewhat small 3rd degree burn. I did get my money back but, I will have this ugly scar on me for life and I would not wish for anyone else to go through this. Okay, my biggest gripe is the hidden charges without telling you first. They charge $75 an hour for a strip center place, which is okay because I knew that going in. However the girl at the front desk will ask you what kind of massage you want; deep tissue, oil, blah blah blah. Well, watch out for the blah blah blah. It ended up costing $110 for 50 minutes and my "masseuse" talked non stop the whole time. And they don't tell you that what massage you pick increases the base price until it's over, and that doesn't count the tip. As for the massage, just okay, nothing spectacular. Will NOT be going back and I will tell everyone I know not to either. Now I know why it was empty when I got there. I bet $100 it will not be in business a year from now. read more
