They had my first name correct, but kept telling me I had insurance I've never had, until I asked if my first name was spelled correctly. They then discovered my last name was not the same as the one they had pulled up on the screen. How can you not have a list of patients and appointment times? I paid $60 for this service. It took less time for the doctor to assure me that my skin is good than it did for me to check in. The office is crowded and the traffic pattern is wrong. Assistants and doctors squeezing past in the narrow hallway as patients wait to check out. Medicare used to cover the cost of a skin cancer screening. I did have several questions for the doctor, but was so taken aback that I didn't think about them until he was already out of the exam room. I don't plan to return. Too bad there are so few options for doctors in this town.

You guys work with master injectors, I'm accustomed to a Dr, with good reason. I received 50 units of Botox with a slight avail. I called my plastic surgeon (in California) at which time he confirmed the most amount of Botox he has ever injected was 40 units and that was being overly generous. You guys supposedly injected 50 units and omg so much movement after the fact. In life they say "You pay what you get" indeed I did. A mixture of to much saline and a minuscules amount of Botox. In my 20 years and journey I have never felt so robbed and taken advantage of like I did at Peach Skin and Laser. The fact that you're so near the border should make you all thrive for perfection, because we indeed have options of better service . This comment coming from a California native implanted in Yuma, I have no problem paying for services because I am accustomed to high prices, unfortunately it's evident you I am not unknowingly, or an uneducated clientele, who's not going to challenge you. My recommendation get a licensed Dr. to monitor you all and get re-educated. In the meantime y'all run from this place it's not to par.

Let me say the facilities are wonderful and Mark at the front reception area was very professional and friendly. I will won't go further but to say, while my therapist was fine, she simply did not know how to do a LDM.

I had heard a lot of good comments from friends about their facials with Shelley, so I figured it was my turn to have the same experience! When I arrived for my appointment, there was nobody at the desk and was not immediately greeted. I glanced into the salon area and saw an employee but she only glanced at me and continued with what she was doing. The front desk gentleman entered through the front door a moment later. He greeted me politely and had me complete a short questionnaire and then Shelley whisked me away to the spa facial room. The room was inviting and calming. Shelley said she would also be providing a foot and hand massage during the session. This was an added surprise as I had only expected to receive a facial! She instructed me to remove, at a minimum, my shirt, bra, watch and had I been wearing them, earrings, while she stepped outside. She asked me to get onto the massage bed after I disrobed and she would return momentarily. I did as directed and climbed under the sheets and became very comfortable on the heated bed. There was a pillow placed at knee level and I felt real cozy. As I lay there, listening to the soothing music, I was comfortable and relaxed when Shelley entered the room. Shelley informed me she would first have a look at my skin under a bright light and magnifier so she would have a better idea which of the services would be best for my skin. (I have a 10X mini magnifier mirror that's really dangerous for anyone to be looking at themselves in and all I could think of was....Oh my gosh she's really going to be grossed out! haha She wasn't! ) After examining my skin she explained 3 different facials she could perform (Fluid Facial $75, Collagen Facial $85, or Microdermabrasion $95). She recommended the collagen treatment. I won't go through every little thing that went on during that hour, but I can tell you it was all so wonderfully relaxing! The facial, the foot massage and the hand massage were all the highlight of my day. My skin feels very clean and I feel absolutely fantastic! I need to treat myself to this way more often! If you have been wanting to get yourself a facial, I highly recommend calling and making your appointment with Shelley. She's a real sweetie and definitely made me feel special and comfortable in my own skin! I'll be back next month.
