She gave me several tips to try at home in between massages, which I totally plan on trying. The spa is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. I came in as a tired, underdressed mama bear almost embarrassed at my clothing and no makeup surrounded by this beautiful building and modern indoor decor. We booked an hour message, and got there about 10 minutes before our appointment. There was no one at the front desk. We waited there for about 8 minutes, not really knowing what to do. There was no bell to ring, nothing. Finally, my wife started to walk towards the only other door there, to try and see what the wait was all about, and the masseuse walks out, say nothing to us and charges the people she was just massaging. A bit odd, but we go with it. She finally acknowledges us - with a bit of an attitude - and she hands us a form, my wife, who is the expert, tells me to write down areas I want massaged and focused on, etc. We went to the back and got our messages, the whole time, both mother and daughter masseuses, kept talking to us about roller derby and how fun it is. My wife said this isn't a normal thing while getting a message. Not relaxing at all. Also, they never asked about or followed the requested areas highlighted in the form they gave us. When it was all done, the time came to charge us. The total price charged was for a full hour, but the message only lasted about 40 minutes. When my wife asked about what the couple's message included, we thought maybe chocolate covered strawberries, or the chocolate fountain they advertised on their website, but we were rudely told "you get to be in the same room." The owner has zero people skills, anytime you ask her a reasonable question about pricing or the use of a coupon, she was very rude and harsh. My first time will be my last, and I can tell you that my wife, who is always looking for a good place to have her massages done, will not be coming back.

I found her here on Yelp and after reading…read morethe reviews, I decided to patronize her business there in Union Square Shopping Mall in Sandy. I'm very glad I did, as I've been back again and each of the 1-hour massages has been excellent, and it seems to get better each visit. I leave feeling awesome. I've had Dina focus on my shoulders, shoulder blades (where she really found some issues), lumbar/sacral, glutes, and hamstrings. I sit at a desk all day for work, and it turns out that these spots needed some solid attention...and she found the problem areas quickly! Her table is very comfortable (just wish it was heated) and the head cradle was nicely adjusted low to allow good access to the back of my neck. Her room is nice and being an older gentleman I enjoy the funky Russian music she plays! Dina makes me feel comfortable by providing more-than-adequate draping and also brings in warm moist towels to help clean off the massage oil she uses. That, and a nice bottle of cold water at the end to rehydrate! Overall an excellent experience as she is a senior therapist and knows a lot of tricks and techniques that make the $70/hour fee (+ gratuity) a great deal...especially compared to some of the other chains out there that charge twice as much (or more) for a one hour massage! Five Stars for a wonderful experience and great value! I'll be back again soon!
