I received my very first facial with Gabby yesterday morning. She was super sweet and professional. She accesses your skin and asks you what products you use and helps find the best solution to keep your skin healthy and happy. When recommending products she could even breakdown what was inside those products, honestly words I've never heard before, but what I'm getting at is GIRL KNOWS HER STUFF. I haven't had any issues with Massage Heights and their staff during my 2.5 yrs as a member/customer. I love coming here and get some relaxation time. I love trying different massage therapists because they all offer their own personal techniques. I am a talker, so I get to know more people and chat about other things, and I don't like sticking with only one when they ALL Great. There is only one thing that can't screw a massage, and it is going softer on pressure level several times after asking for a firm massage. It only happened once here, and it was very well taken care of by the manager at the time. Kudos. I have about 13 sessions and 17 elevations saved up after this pandemic, and for being out of the country on some business travels last year, I am ready to use them all Oh, I almost forgot; their place is always super clean and comfy. I have been to Massage Heights Southpark Meadows 2x now and have had Maya as my massage therapist both times. She is amazing! She is very friendly and works hard to work out all your kinks and hit your trouble areas. She is very professional and shows genuine interest in her clients and making their experience a positive one. I had cupping done by Maya as well and it was a great experience. I felt so much better after I left. The front desk staff is always professional and call you by name, which is important to me. The salon is also very clean. NEW Horrible customer service. Had the worst experience ever. My husband bought me for Christmas one session for every month. (Everything was paid upfront) Yesterday, I received a phone call to confirm my appt. Im almost 100% sure the lady told me your appt is on Thursday at 11am. Maybe, I heard wrong or maybe she made a mistake. We are humans! Today at 11:08am I received a phone call, you have an appt schedule for today at 11am and you have not arrived. I mentioned to her that Yesterday I confirmed my appt, but for Thursday. She stated well we confirmed appt only a day prior so we will have to use one of your credits, because you did not showed up and you confirmed. In a very nice way, I explained, Im almost sure she said Thursday at 11am, but I can be there in 10 min. I live 2 miles away (they can even verify my address). She responded: "I don't recommend because you will have to use your credit for only 30 min session". My response was even if I don't show up I will lose my credit for the month because according to you the appt was for today. So I don't mind at least getting a 30 min massage. Her response again was "I strongly don't recommended, but its up to you" with a very ugly tone( I hope they have a recorded line). I asked to speak with the manager. And she told me she was the manager. So definitely, I did not feel confortable going there with that poor customer service, poor flexibility and poor understanding. I will never comeback there! I will try another location to use my credits. Horrible experience, The manager definitely needs a lot of training. read more

The therapists at this place are great. This company as a whole is AWFUL! I cancelled my membership recently, which I have had since 2017. I moved to Las Vegas and the massage parlors have been closed since I moved here. I am also immunocompromised and do not feel comfortable getting a massage during these unprecedented times. I called to cancel my membership and asked if I could get a refund for some of the months that I have never used. I have 7 massages that I will never use. The receptionist told me that the manager, Morgan would call me or her assistants Gage or Trent would call. I never received a call from anyone and it has been over a month. Massage Heights is an awful company. Why would they not put their members massages on hold during a worldwide pandemic like this? Even healthy people do not feel comfortable getting massages. Very poor communication and no way to contact the corporate offices because they say you have to speak to the place where you opened your membership. Well, if they never return my call, that's nearly impossible. I had some great therapists in my time going here. It's unfortunate that this company does not care about its clients and their well-being. read more

I love this place! One day I walked in just to check it out. I was a little skeptical about trying a new place since I had only ever went to one other place before. I was pleasantly please with my experience. Everyone was so helpful and nice and always welcoming! My massage therapist is Jeff! He's awesome, always kind and always does a great job! I was skeptical about signing up for a year membership but it does make it easier to get some "Me Time" for yourself. I didn't think a year would fly so fast next month my membership ends but I'll definitely still be coming bk in. Best investment I've made this year for sure! I've had massages by Zane and Crystalyn and both were excellent. It felt like a splurge to sign up for annual membership but it was a good decision, as its really addressed body aches and is such a relaxing stress relief. I was well informed about the cost and commitment both verbally and on the form I signed. I appreciate that the therapists take time to listen to your needs before beginning, and encourage you to communicate during the session if pressure isn't right. Came here in July after a back/neck spasm had completely locked me up, hadn't been sleeping well and was in an immense amount of pain. The massages themselves were excellent and each therapist I saw was kind and helpful. My issue is with the business model and management It was only after I'd started feeling better a month after my initial visit I'd learned that the membership I'd been encouraged to enter involved a 12 month commitment. This fact was never told to me before signing and even if it had, I wasn't in any kind of state to make an $800+ The first time I tried to speak to someone I was told that the manager was out but that I could put my account on hold for 3 months - without another option I chose this for which they charged me an additional $40 dollars. This was in around September. In November I tried to speak to someone again and again was told they were not there but would put a note in my file to call me within 3-5 days. I never received a call. I'm swamped by the holidays December passes and at the end of the hold period they charge me again. No call. Nothing. Attempt #3 I call and AGAIN the manager is not there. I'm assured another note will be put in my file and the manager notified. I call the next day and miraculously it's the manager. I reexplain my situation and am told because they have my signed agreement the only thing they can do is change my membership from 12 months to 6. So after being pushed into a commitment I never wanted I'm now saddled with a lessor n +$300 cost I'm told my account will automatically stop charging me after this period but I don't believe that. I now have credits I didn't need to a place I never want to go back to but most likely will otherwise this entire ordeal will have been a complete waste. I regret ever setting foot in this business. I have a hard time finding someone who will do a proper deep tissue and spend time working through problematic areas. Yousef's hands are magic!! First time here - had a 90 minute deep tissue with Angelica and it was great. Finally a therapist who isn't afraid to really apply pressure. It's not a fancy spa experience but I don't care about that- came for the massage. It is a chain so got the sell speech on becoming a member after session- I only like to go every 3 months or so - not signing. I will be back if I can book with Angelica. Quinn was amazing! Book him. He knows what he's doing. The pressure applied was just what I needed. I suffer from sciatica issues and he addressed those areas. I felt better than ever the next day! Also took my man to get a massage for his birthday the same day. He suffers from lower back issues. His masseuse gave him stretches to do at home. Do not sign up for a membership with this company as they are not here for the customer. I acquiesced to signing up for a membership back in October after buying a Groupon. I saw it as a way to treat myself. It is now February, and I am trying to cancel because I've gotten a new job that covers massages in my benefits. I've stated this to the business. After hearing my position, the director of the property is refusing to release me from the contract. The opportunity costs of upsetting the customer is much higher than just releasing me, yet here we are. There are other businesses who provide this service. Do not choose this one if you want a company with human compassion and decency, as this one is clearly only about numbers. read more

I booked a deep tissue massage here, and wow was I disappointed. Was not even close to deep tissue and even for a regular massage it was average to mediocre at best. I asked for more pressure 3x and barely noticed an increase. A clean facility and friendly staff so I wanted to like my experience, but no way I'll be going back. Just finished a couples massage at this location and it was by far the best I've ever had. My therapist this time was Quinn and my girlfriends was Crysatlyn, both were outstanding! I usually see Yousef who is also amazing and don't even get me started on how good the facials are. Being a guy I never knew how good facials can be but Gabriela has completely changed my opinion on that. I get at least one facial a month now because her service is so fantastic. Shout out to the management, Morgan I believe is her name for employing such a truly amazing staff. I sighed up for a membership and have not regretted it for a second! The prices are a bit high, but as a hairstylist, I know I have to take care of my body in order feel my best at work! It may not seem like much at first glance, but I can assure you this is a LUXURIOUS experience :) Aromatherapy, heated massage tables, soft clean sheets on the bed, and the one hour swedish massage is so relaxing!!!! Every time I pay my membership I'm like "ugh so expensive" but every time I get that hour long massage I'm reminded why I pay it. I am rejuvenated and restored! I was a little leary of a membership based massage place after a very negative experience with Massage Envy several years ago. This place has completely allayed my fears. My friend got me a gift certificate for my birthday for a massage and a facial. I was greeted by a friendly front desk, and a bright cheerful lobby that smells amazing. After filling out my paperwork I was introduced to my massage therapist Brittany. She sold me on upgrade by adding hot stones to my massage. OMG I felt like melted butter by the end of it. Then I had a facial with Mya. She was super sweet, asked me all about my skin care and any problems I have and then customized everything to me. I admit I did doze off for a little bit, but she promised me I didn't snore when I asked. lol! Oh did I mention you get free aromatherapy with every service? I never saw the point in paying an extra $15 for some good smelling oil at other spas, but I have to say it did add that little something extra to my visit.
