I received a gift card so I chose to get a facial. Luckily they have new member pricing that is significantly cheaper for a first time visitors. Julissa was my esthetician and she was so sweet! I told her about my skin concerns and we discussed different recommendations for skin care products. The entire process including the heated bed and arm massages was extremely soothing. Julissa made sure to ask about my comfort ability at each stage of the process and was very gentle when massaging and applying products. I've been a member for almost a year. It's expensive but I've tried to make it work- today I had to cancel due to pressing finances. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Whoever signed me up for a membership was a complete liar and conveniently doesn't work there anymore. I was told this was an at-will contract, not an annual one. I'm honestly disturbed that a loyal client is being treated this way. Once my last payment is done they will never see or hear from me again. read more

So far my experience as a member has been nothing but amazing. I went in the other day after a hard Pilate workout and slightly hungover (I know this is so basic) and had a full body massage. it was the best 1 hour of my life. There were a few times where she went hard pressure to dig into the muscles that had knots and other parts where the massage therapist lightly touched parts of my temple and neck. I was on the verge of falling asleep. After my massage I'm pretty sure I was drooling and laid there for 10 minutes because I was in state of meditation and so so relaxed. Highly recommend Brittany. She asks you if it's too much or too little (for those who are nervous to speak up) and guides you to a state of bliss. This location of Massage Heights is one to avoid. First we signed up for a monthly membership, not knowing that there was an annual contract. In fact when I asked if we could cancel at anytime during sign up, we were told that yes we could. This week when I asked because my wife's appointments kept getting cancelled and rescheduled we were told we would have to pay the balance for the year. The level of customer service is terrible. While the massages have been fine, none have been extraordinary. So to couple this with the service we would not recommend this location at all. Take your business elsewhere. Massages are supposed to be relaxing and therapeutic and this interaction with this company has been anything but. read more

I've been going to massage heights for over 3 months and have never been disappointed. The place is always clean, the woman that I have encountered at the front desk are so helpful and welcoming, and they offer water and mints as you wait. I just recently had a facial done by Emily, and left feeling smooth, my skin was absolutely clear, and I felt completely rejuvenated! I also had a deep tissue massage done by Dillon (I hope I spelled his name correctly) and I left feeling completely pain free, and he hit every pressure point and spot I had voiced to him I was feeling the most pain! I will continue to go biweekly or once a month since they are always pretty much booked up. Getting the membership is totally worth it, and has saved me quite a bit of money since I do go as often as possible! read more

Brandi, the esthetician is amazing at facials! She was professional and worked in a number of different styles of treatment during the facial that gave it different layers of experience (oils and serums, gua sha, arm massages etc). Massage Heights as a company though, unless you're planning on doing their membership program and committing regular money to monthly services, they are not the place to go for the "every so often" spa go-er. Plus they had a "temporary" steam machine for my face which I was warned was on the "too hot" side but there wasn't much they could do about it. That considered, my 1hr facial with microdermabrasion came to $180. And if you plan on tipping well (because, again, Brandi did a great job), you're looking at ~$215 for the experience... It's making me consider just buying my own microdermabrasion machine unfortunately. read more

I had a 1hr massage with hot stone with Russell this evening. It was the BEST massage I've ever had. I carry most of my stress in my shoulders and back, and now I feel so relaxed.
