I am very disappointed with the service I received there on January 12th. The massage therapist by the name of Ke... was so terrible, not acknowledging my deafness. She insisted on me reading her lips; I told her that I could not understand her. She, instead, relied on the phone to communicate with me. The massage itself was 39 minutes long, while it should have been 50 minutes long. After the massage, she walked out of the room and did not return to see me out. I discussed this with the receptionist, and she offered me 30 minutes of massage without any charge, pending her boss's approval. I called the place the next day, asking for the boss; the person who answered the call said that the boss was in a meeting. The boss should return my call at the end of the day, but I did not receive a call. To sum it up, the service I receiveed was terrible. read more

There's one in the Iron Works on 86th and one in Carmel. It's clean, spacious and leaves you feeling pampered. They offer aroma therapy with a variety of scents to choose from. My therapist was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I didn't realize how badly I needed to have the kinks worked out of my back and shoulders until he started. I've been here a few times and Abby is absolutely fantastic. Sometimes I get dizzy on my back and she always accommodates me and if I need to be repositioned will do so. She has magic hands. I always leave feeling so refreshed. I wish they weren't so pushy. I don't feel comfortable getting a membership hearing so many having issues canceling took a star off for the pushy sales pitch. read more

I was so in need of a little self-care. So Massage Heights came to the rescue right on time. I received a 30 minute massage as a gift from a previous visit. Upon arrival they got me right into a room which was really impressive. I signed up for a firm massage but next time I probably need to do a deep tissue massage to get the strength I like. The massage was very relaxing and the therapist was very nice. She spray a relaxing lavender essential oil which relaxed me so much that I almost fell asleep. I should have definitely gone for an hour. After the massage, she gave me a cup of water as we headed to the front. In the front lobby they had champagne, wine and cookies to snack on. They asked a few "get to know me" questions and briefly went over their specials. I ended up buying one of the lavender oils and of course tipped my massage therapist. I use to work across from the Massage Heights at Ironworks so when this Fishers one opened, I was excited that Yelp did an event here. I ended up booking their introductory/grand opening one-hour massage for $34.99. I also had the hot stones as an add on. They have several options for add-ons, one of them being a foot scrub. The one hour massage was amazing and so relaxing. We started with a few deep breaths of essential oils faced down and the first half was a lot of deep tissue massaging. After turning over to the front, I was given a warm eye mask and hot towel for my neck and an awesome foot massage. I almost fell asleep from how relaxing it was. They have monthly memberships available and plenty of products for sale in store. I would recommend it if you're wanting a lot of massages because my one hour massage would normally cost $120 which I find a bit pricey. read more

Massage Heights in my favorite place to get regular massages with Physical Therapists I can trust to get my knots under control. They're easy to work with for scheduling, convenient with their new location in Fishers and always welcoming when I come in. The lobby is bright and clean with products for sale that they use during the massages. I love the Sports Balm and the eye mask with lavender spray. I use both at home between visits. The rooms are peaceful and just the right size to not feel cavernous when you're wanting to feel cozy. The PTs are so great at knowing when you want to have a conversation or just be quiet. I love their membership deals and they often have specials going on for add on elevations like hot stones or foot scrubs. It definitely wasn't the full hour I paid for. when I told the lady as I checked out she offered me a complimentary "elevate" at my next appt. I do not plan to go back. So I happened in here because I was having intense pain and needed an appointment ASAP. They were able to basically fit me right in. Typically that would scare me as far as the quality of the massage but my therapist was amazing. Therapist talked the entire time, was wildly inappropriate with conversation, breathed deeply/loudly the whole time telling me to breathe like her, and was more in the experience for herself. Armando is amazing! I was able to book a massage right before my 7 hour flight to San Francisco and I honestly wasn't expecting much - I just had a rough week and was desperate for a release. I keep hearing the manager will get back to me 24-48 hours, but I don't even get that. I was really impressed with the friendly staff when I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I finished the intake forms went to the bathroom and promptly about 5 minutes later was brought in by the massage therapist. He was polite professional seemed to understand the areas I wanted worked on. When he started the massage he started what I asume was a pressure point and asked if the pressure was okay. Which it was for the pressure point but then it was very light pressure and I mentioned that I wanted deeper pressure but I got the same pressure throughout the massage. I had requested firm in writing and I said it to him but it wasnt really what I wanted. It was almost like he didn't want to touch me. About 30 minutes into the massage I began to get a headache(something I rarely get)one thing they do is raise the head of the bed when you flip over maybe it was the scents, IDK. The foot massage was excellent but the rubbing was literally 1 minute per foot . I counted. I purchased a 90 minute massage and got a 55 minute rub down. Again my masseuse was profesional and polite he offered great suggestions at the end of the massage for stretching. But I'm there to get massaged. I wouldn't recommend. read more
