I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment to find the receptionist did not book me in and now my appointment slot was booked for someone else. I have a knee injury, had to take time off of work and struggle to walk to even get to this appointment. The receptionist made the mistake, I had showed up to the appointment for her to respond with "yeah your not booked ". I was not accommodated for her mistake and now have to wait over a week for another appointment but I am just going to go elsewhere. They do not deserve my business.
