Well I get messages at least every 2 months. And this place was very dirty and the two girls keep laughing and talking the whole time. They kept going in and out to answer the phone. When you pay over $200 you expect to relax and unwind. The worst part is I paid and then she asked me where is her tip. I understand you tip and I always do! But you should never ask for it. Quick words to describe: sketchy, filthy, unprofessional, false advertising, tip shaming. I walked in planning to get a 30 minute reflexology session. When I was greeted, the woman kept saying "body massage?". Realizing the obvious language barrier, we agreed to the reflexology. There appeared to be no one else in the place. After wiping my feet with a warm towel, she applied lotion and simply continued rubbing the lotion on my feet and legs. This was nothing close to reflexology. Realizing this was not her area of expertise, I made an excuse to leave early. When we arrived to the counter, I scrounged up $25 in cash for the useless time spent there (uncomfortable using debit/credit card) , I found an extra $2 for a reluctant tip. She held up the tip suggesting she was insulted. I regret paying at all. The old saying "go with your gut" applies to my experience. I knew the second I was seated behind a curtain on a lounger with an animal print blanket (and a rotten orange on a side table) I should have ran out the door! read more

Had not been here in a couple years but decided to give it a try. Massage was good and firm but not too hard. This was not Sarah who used to run the place a couple years ago, but a young girl that looked to be maybe 20, maybe younger??? Anyway, pretty good massage and would have given a 5 star except she ended about 5-10 minutes early on an hour massage, which is kind of annoying as I paid for an hour plus good tip. read more

What I have to say about this place is not good and I hope that many can read it so that it does not happen to you. My husband went to this place to get a massage like anyone else and his experience here left him traumatized. One of the massage therapist was saying very inappropriate things to him while she was giving him a massage. He even came to think that she would go overboard with him, thank God that did not happen but he did suffer verbal abuse on his part which left him very uncomfortable and with no desire to return to this place. He couldn't enjoy the massage because she was flirting with him. Be careful when going to this place and don't keep quiet. My husband stay quiet because he was ashamed. The person who should be ashamed is the massage therapist. read more

Amazing 60 minute massage with hot stones from Jessica! I called ahead 5 minutes and she was able to see me as soon as I arrived! She placed me in a couples massage suite, and checked frequently that the pressure was good for me. I'll definitely be back to see her :) read more

I will NEVER be back. The massage was ok, but the two woman doing it were talking and laughing the whole time and kept leaving the room to answer the phone ... whatever right. What got me was when we payed. I left a 10% tip because I was being courteous even though they talked and laughed the entire time and was leaving the room. NOTE: I hadn't gotten my card back before i wrote the tip... that was a mistake. once she seen my tip she pretty much yelled at me and told me i need to give more. i repeatedly asked for my card back and she ignored me and kept asking to talk and telling me that i thought she wasn't good enough for me?? REALLY!! She then called in the other woman and she told me and my boyfriend that we both need to leave a $20 tip individually. I had asked so many times to get my card back that i had to threaten to call the cops and she replied call. I then had to threaten to grab the card myself. This was my first time here. I didn't see any reviews but thought I would give it a try. I was greeted promptly. The man who did my foot massage spoke no English. Not your usual foot massage. This was a true reflexology. The advertisement said 60minute foot massage FREE plus 15 min back and shoulder massage. The entire massage was short 6 minutes. The back and shoulder massage was about 10 minutes and done during that 54 minute timeframe. Not as comforting as the others. He used a tool for reflexology not his hands. When I checked out I said this was not the usual and she responded that other places rub the feet and don't want to use their hands so much for pressure. I replied that the gentlemen used an instrument and she said in order to give enough pressure to feel it. I left it at that. I did give him a tip because I felt bad not to and maybe this new method will do my body good we shall see. read more

Had a very stressful drive after being in all of the evacuation traffic from Florida last week. Walked in without an appointment and was seen right away by Sarah. She has great instincts with just the right pressure in all the right places. Sarah is very skilled and provided me with the relief my body needed. I also tried a 30 minute reflexology session from Dong, he really knows his stuff. I left there feeling so relaxed yet energetic. I will definitely make this a regular part of my life.
