He has fit me in at the very last minute numerous times and has worked each point of tension out EVERY single time. I've gone to several masseuses in the area and have been let down by their inconsistency or just lack of ability. Tom is professional and truly has a gift for intuitively understanding the body/mind connection. Jennifer has (actual) tools that make her massages different. She uses these "energy pens" to zap parts, which relieves pain in other parts. I felt relief for well over a week, and before seeing her, I'd carried around the pain for a few months. Jennifer's personal massage techniques are amazing, too! I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the aromatherapy part of the massage. The essential oil Jennifer used was a nice lavender scent which was very relaxing.
