I have been to this nail salon many times over the years. I would not recommend this place anymore…read more The quality has declined, and I have left disappointed many times in the past year. They usually try to rush me in and out as quick as possible, then they always try to upsell me. Whenever I ask for regular polish, they want me to do gel.. When I ask for gel, they try to talk me into dip. It's very frustrating that I have to "fight for myself" at the nail salon when I am asking for what I want. The past few times, my nails have came out with messy edges and bumpy texture instead of smooth. This time, I asked for a gel removal and regular polish. She rushed me to a chair and didn't let me pick a color from the wall. I showed her a picture of a color I wanted so she "found something similar". I had to tell her no to the first option as it wasn't even the same color. She then removed my gel, and didn't even have me rinse my hands or wipe off the dust from the drill before she started painting. From the time I walked in, she had me under the dryer with my nails drying in under 10 minutes. It feels like if you say no to them, they try to rush you out because they're not making as much money. I am pretty understanding and typically don't make a big deal of my nails, but it's frustrating paying money for these services when I'm disappointed over and over.
