Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business. Although my first experience wasn't the one I had hoped for, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

On that note, Fuschia Spa was recommended by a friend and I loved the diverse line up of services, including a variety of facials, massages, wellness options such as infrared sauna, LED face masks and much more. I was able to snag an evening appointment for my husband and I a day in advance. I was also able to snag one of their special promotions for a facial or massage plus wellness option for $99 for first time clients, definitely check out their specials! I opted for a custom facial with a microdermabrasion add on, with the sauna as my wellness and my husband got a 60 minute massage followed by the hydra-massage. They were super friendly upon arrival and have a lovely waiting room with small snacks, coffee and tea. I did my sauna before the spa and once done with that was givena. fluffy robe and taken to the tranquility room that is a quaint, dimmed and relaxing waiting area. I really loved how a majority of the service rooms were blocked off from the made area to minimize noise and additional guests. It made the overall experience much more relaxing. My facial was lovely, the microdermabrasion was a $39 add on, but the products smelled fabulous, Crystal was lovely and did a great job on my service. My skin felt so great after. My husband really enjoyed his massage as well and I look forward to taking advantage of the service on my next visit! We decided to take advantage of the the membership! For $99 for facial/massage and one wellness service, additional member in the household is $89, we thought it was extremely reasonable and a little monthly self care is definitely needed. At the time of this review, any unused appointments rollover and can be stacked, no cancellation fee and exclusive member pricing for add ons. Finally, when cancelling, they are a bit rude about it and find that really strange after being a patron here for years. They charge $10 fee for any services or even wellness services you want to gift to another person. Also, they have steadily increased their membership rates. Yes, it's pretty ridiculous. I would not recommend Fuschia spa to anyone and would highly suggest looking for other places.

During the years I've been an ITM client, I've been with three masseuses, Emma & Ling (both have now moved on to other business opportunities that I know they'll be successful at) and now, I'm with Lina who's absolutely wonderful with her caring attitude and excellent massage technique. All three have provided me with some of the absolute best deep tissue massages I've ever had as the end results have been a notable increase in my flexibility and greatly reduced osteoarthritis pain and stiffness. Upon entering the spa lobby, guests are welcomed by a large freshwater fish tank. Inside the nicely appointed and clean spa, soft and relaxing music enhances the calm and inviting atmosphere. The massage area has six private massage rooms as well as several foot massage chairs/couches with curtains. Additionally, there is a unisex bathroom which is always very neat and clean. Lastly, when checking out, each customer is offered a nice cool and refreshing bottle of water. I'm grateful to Sophie and her wonderful staff (thank you Lina!) for the excellent care they've provided me and for the friendships I've made as well.
