Sorry, I had to change my five star to a one star, and if there was no stars, that's what they would get. My normal masseuse no longer works there and her replacement is nothing less than mediocre, and she was very distracted texting someone on her phone. I caught her four different times rubbing the same spot for five minutes. I even asked to cancel the massage and she acted like she didn't hear me. After that was all done. She comes back into the room with hot towels to wipe the oil off, and I noticed a very strong stench coming from the rags after she left the room. I smelled my skin and almost threw up. I went and told her that the rags smell like mop water and she insisted they use detergent and bleach, but all I could smell was a funk I noticed they just finished mopping the floors so in my mind, I'm thinking she took clean rags and dipped them in the mop water. I had to bitch and complain to the owner. Finally, she refunded me my money. The masseuse name is Miya she is a horrible human being if she did that but I've had better massages from an electric massage chair for 5$ in the mall. read more

I went in for a 50 minute reflexology session on a Saturday morning. I didn't know exactly what to expect from the session but my experience was wonderful! The employee was very nice and first set up a relaxing foot bath. After the soak, she dried my feet off and massaged my feet with a scrub. The next step was the hot stone treatment on my feet. She then gave me a full body massage for about 20 minutes. I opted for deep pressure and she certainly did oblige! (Don't ask for deep if you are a "delicate flower" -- ask for medium or light). This pressure was right up my alley and she did a wonderful job! I have had a lot of massages but never one quite like this! In one move, I was seated on a chair and she pulled my arms back over my head and quickly pulled up. I think my entire spine popped (hey - free chiropractic adjustment!!) I found this treatment to be very relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I will definitely return - and will probably opt for a full body concentration next time - maybe the 60 minute massage. I do recommend calling ahead next time to let them know you are coming in. I used a Living Social deal on my 50 minute reflexology session. Also, the associates do not speak English as their first language - but my therapist understood me very well. Just left Massage Wellness on Airport Boulevard in Mobile across from Bel Air Boulevard. I woke this morning unable to straighten up the pain in my lower back was so bad that I could not walk straight up. After 1 hour with Cindy the pain is gone the woman is amazing she knows just what to do and finds the spots that hurt and fixes them. I highly recommend this to everyone. You wouldn't think this little place was special and you might ignore it but you would do well to stop and experience the professional massage services they provide, excellent in every way. read more

After having soreness for about a month in my back and neck from work, I decided on this place based on the reviews. When I visited the website, I learned that the chair massage was focused on the neck and back which was what I was looking for. I arrive at the location with the intention on getting the chair massage. I enter the place and was greeted kindly. I pick up the menus for the chair massages and the lady tells me that I can only pick off of the menu she handed me which was the full body massages. Maybe they don't do chair massages on Sunday? Who knows? I take the menu and decide it wouldn't hurt to just a whole body massage. I decide on getting the 60 minute full body for $60. I go into the room and get ready for the massage. The massage therapist enters the room and begins. Great massage! Not to mention timing was almost perfect! After I was dressed, the therapist brings me the check ($62 because of $2 credit card charge) with my card and asks me if I was tipping cash or card. I told her card. She said "how much?" I said $15. She said, "$20 please." I proceed to write $80 even, knowing that she was already being tipped pretty well at $15, so she can have an $18 tip (30%) and she stops me and says I needed to write a 2 instead of a zero. She must've wanted it bad. I gave her the $20 tip, but because of how pushy she was, I would never return! read more

This is a professional place with sweet, professional employees. Anyone men with perverted minds and nefarious intentions stay away. This is not the place for you! I saw Jennifer and she was really great. She checked in with me about the pressure. My neck was very sore, and after asking a few times she did some great work to help relieve a lot of the pain. She even used a few hot stones on my back & neck to help. I can move my neck around more than before. They were the only place open on a Sunday evening when I really needed it. I got a full body and added a foot massage and OMG it was wonderful. Nothing fancy about the office, but safety precautions were taken to minimize germs with spray and sanitizer and we all wore masks. Worth it! Went here for a 60 minute full body massage and foot reflexology. Enjoyed it. The appointment was easy to book. Location is in the corner of a plaza and can be easily missed. I was also required to pay before my service (guess they thought I would skip out and not pay at the end). When it came to tipping at the end there was a pressure for more money.
