Even points I didn't even realize I have. Yes it was painful but it was a good pain. I'm a firm believer that if someone loves what they do, you can tell in their work. This woman definitely loves and cherishes her career and it pours through her techniques and personality. She gave tips and pointers on what I should to alleviate some of my pain on a daily basis. I…read moredon't think I've ever found anyone who has been able to get rid of all my knots, and help me out with the pain I have. She gave some really good advice, and was just overall very sweet. I did a deep tissue with her with hot stones and cupping. It was my first time doing cupping therapy and she talked me through the whole process so it was much more comfortable and it felt amazing and I felt completely released of all of my pain as I walked out I felt like I was a whole new body. I have been to a lot of massage therapists, and none of them have been as great as she has been. She always made sure that I was comfortable with everything that she was doing and made sure to let me know everything that she was doing as well. I am extremely appreciative of her service and I'm definitely going to be coming back. if you definitely need some knots or muscle tension taken away come see her and do a deep tissue with some cupping therapy as well because it might sound weird at first but, it helps release so much built-up tension that your muscles have especially with Sidney!

I booked a lymphatic massage and wood therapy, and both were exactly what I needed -- relaxing, effective, and professionally done. The spa itself is super clean and calming as soon as you walk in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the vibe was peaceful without feeling too "clinical" The lymphatic massage was gentle but purposeful, and I could feel a noticeable difference afterward -- lighter, less bloated, and super relaxed. The wood therapy was new for me, but the therapist explained everything and made me feel comfortable the whole time. It was a bit more intense, but in a good way -- and I definitely noticed some contouring effects. They really take their time with you and focus on what your body needs, which I appreciated. If you're looking for a nice spa experience in Orlando I'd definitely recommend Alora. I'm already thinking about booking again next time I'm in town!
