With all the raving reviews, I was truly expecting an amazing massage. What I got was a mediocre one where both my husband and I felt like we were getting massaged by amateurs. You know how a good masseuse just gets the right spots and you're like, "whoa, I didn't know I was tight there", or, "wow, I didn't know that I needed that!"? Yeah, we didn't get that feeling with our masseuses. Also, why were both of our massages the same when I paid for a deep tissue massage? While our 90 minute massages were mostly relaxing, they were not what we were hoping for. I get deep tissue massages at least once a month, and what I got was a mixed bag of Swedish, hot stone, and Thai (where she stepped on me and did some stretches). My masseuse didn't even ask me what I was looking for at the beginning of the massage. She simply told me to get undressed and lie face down on the table. I had to tell her as she came back into the room what I wanted work on. I thought the bars on the ceiling allowed the masseuse to walk on my bar with and without them putting full pressure on my back/legs, the hot stones were a nice touch as well. They were very punctual and made my girlfriend feel very comfortable upon arrival and during the massage. I booked the couples massage online and they had the room set up prior to arrival. After the massage the masseuses were VERY unprofessional by "explaining" how tips work and how they do all the work but have to split tips etc... I paid over $200 and tipped 20%, after I explained that I had left the tip online during the booking the masseuse began to lecture me about how they work on tips and really made my girlfriend and I VERY uncomfortable! I gave them an additional $20 and they still made me feel very cheap very awkward. Completely unprofessional, never had to leave a tip prior to a massage, but I went along with it... Safe to say my girlfriend, her family, and I will never go back there. Lastly, they asked if I had any sensitive areas and despite telling them about a sunburn, they rubbed hot stones all over the sunburn... Not a pleasant experience! read more

My hubby booked this massage for me. He wanted me to have a treat while he was working at his conference. I have chronic right sided head, neck, and shoulder pain and I am always seeking relief. Wawa was my masseuse. She warmly greeted me, offered water, and took me to my treatment room. She asked me what I wanted and how much pressure to use. She worked my trouble spots throughly. She even used the bars above her head to be able to walk on my back. The massage included hot towels, hot stones, and stretching. Wawa was receptive to feedback regarding pressure. It was an excellent experience. Don't let the location throw you off. It's in a strip mall and is on the upper floor. It doesn't have curb appeal, but once inside it is quiet and there is soft music playing. The bathroom is very clean and so are the common areas. Disrobe to your comfort level. They cover with a towel and not a sheet, so if you are shy, you may want to wear your undies. Wawa made me feel so good that I walked about a mile and a half back to my hotel room. I took an Uber to get there. If you are looking for a true spa experience with steam rooms and hot tubs, this is not it. We both prefer deep tissue, and they had perfect pressure, not too light, or too hard. We both also enjoyed the hot stone, which is one of my favorites. Something little that makes a huge difference to me, is that before finishing, she went over my body with a warm moist towel to remove any access lotion. This helps if you're not going to shower directly after and have other plans that you don't want to be all greasy for. I've lived in Las Vegas for 20 years and you can drive up spring mountain and see signs for an hour massage between $20 and $40 regularly. It's debatable whether your girls are giving "deep tissue" massage regardless of what you call it. My experience at your massage place was not only about not enough pressure but really the masseuse was rubbing lotion on me for an hour and a half similar to scrubbing the floor lightly. This was when she wasn't running to the front every time the bell would ring and a customer would walk in. You do have good reviews and I honestly question them specially after seeing how you handled my negative review.
