I received a notice from Amazon stating that my return was in transit and on April 29th I received my refund for $458. I assumed that the phone was at Synergy returns and that this matter was closed. On July 2nd I was re-charged the $458 by Amazon. After speaking with 7 Amazon customer service associates, I was told that the only one who could change this charge was Synergy as the vendor, who obviously did not tell Amazon that my phone was returned to them. I contacted Amber at Synergy was was extremely rude to me. I am trying to figure this out, Amazon told me that this was Synergy's issue, Amber told me that she would not/could not help me. She couldn't look to see that Synergy had received this phone in April? Or she would not!! I am so horrified by the customer service I received from Amazon and from Amber at Synergy. A simple request from someone who just needs some help with this horrible error. Do not order anything that comes from Synergy. It's a scam and you will be re-charged for the product you return.
